High partcount explosions are so glorious. I had a ~3000 (!) part space station get nailed by a 300 spent part stage going retrograde and the thermometers that I had been using to attach the rotating jab module looked like explosive decompression propelled debris. Try flying things with the juno limited to the 10.5Kn of the HES-011, and making decent planes. The 20kn Juno is really strong.

What in the world are you building that needs bigger wheels than the huge ones. It's pretty easy to make stuff that reaches 1000 parts, but only if you freak with the prettays. But bigger reaction wheels? Yes.

You are trying to attach an engine directly to the fuselage. That will not work, because engines are not able to surface attach. you need to make a nacelle. The most basic way to do this is to surface attach a mk0 liquid fuel fuselage to the wing. Then, on the back of the liquid fuel fuselage place your juno jet engine, and on the front place the mk0 intake.
