Dres mission plans are complete! It works like this: Dres mission every two years (SpaceplaneAddict or Sanic). Eight crew on the mission, two "caretakers" for the other craft. The crews will alternate between mission crew and caretakers. The craft will alternate, too. This is the basic outline for Project Demeter.
