  1. So I updated DCK ... https://github.com/DoctorDavinci/DCK/releases/tag/0.2.7 KSP v1.3.1 Compatibility Added 8 additional camo textures Major reduction in texture file sizes Please note- Additional camo textures for BDMk22, Quiztech, BDAc's M1 Abrams turret and SM_AFV's AFV radar did not make it into this update as this update was pushed to be ready for the BAD T3 tournament. Placeholder camo textures have been implemented for the time being ... proper textures will be added come next DCK update Updated for 1.3.1 and also works in KSP v1.3.0 Enjoy
  2. I'm trying to sign in to update DCK but your website won't let me I reset the password and it still won't let me log in with the new password ... Think you gots a bit of a problem
  3. Hi all Another DCK update is incoming ... https://github.com/DoctorDavinci/DCK/releases/tag/0.2.7 KSP v1.3.1 Compatibility Added 8 additional camo textures Major reduction in texture file sizes Please note- Additional camo textures for BDMk22, Quiztech, BDAc's M1 Abrams turret and SM_AFV's AFV radar did not make it into this update as this update was pushed to be ready for the BAD T3 tournament. Placeholder camo textures have been implemented for the time being ... proper textures will be added come next DCK update Enjoy
  4. Gives me a bit more time to finish adding camo patterns to DCK I have a light and a heavy but haven't decided on which to enter ... RL gets in the way of fun on ocassion
  5. The link is locked ... I need permission to download the file
  6. Hi I have seen this before ... IIRC it was during the transition between KSP v1.0.5 and v1.1 where Take Command would do this when using the 1.0.5 compatible version with KSP v1.1 (could have been the 1.1.3 to 1.2 transition also ... don't really remember which) I suspect that this is what is happening in your case however, as LGG said above, you need to post your logs in order for anyone to be of any real help to solving your problem You can find out how to help us help you by reading the following thread post
  7. DCKAAtextureswitch2 is specifically for the armor to switch from transparent to invisible With DCK almost all stock parts as well as the supported mods have DCKtextureswitch2, the armor has DCKAA and wheels use DCKWC .... Probably best to include all 3 as there inevitably will be a user who builds an all modded part aircraft that doesn't use mods covered by DCK and slaps a bunch of DCK armor on or uses only DCKWC enabled parts etc...
  8. Hi There are 3 part modules in DCK ... DCKtextureswitch2 (parts texture switching), DCKAAtextureswitch2 (transparent/invisible armor) and DCKWCtextureswitch2 for wheels I set DCK up so a user can delete part configs for mods that they do not have installed by deleting the relevant directory inside of the DCK directory Thanx for setting up KerbalX compatibility
  9. Read the OP of the BDAc thread ... it is clearly explained how to install a mod No, BDAc is not a requirement for VM
  10. Click on the PRE button after physics has loaded, enter the range you'd like to have and click the button to set it The range will be persistant until you change it again
  11. KSP.log? Upload KSP.log to a filesharing site such as Dropbox ... DO NOT COPY/PASTE HERE as the file is too long and searching through it on the forum is a laborious task which most wont even bother to look at if provided in this fashion You can find the file in your KSP directory ... KSP.log is overwritten each time you start KSP so be sure that the log comes from a game where you experienced this issue
  12. First off you need more wheels to support the weight of that monster ... you'll need some in the middle of the craft and it definitely needs more wing surface if you expect it to fly like anything resembling an aircraft Your wings may be what is snapping off but that is happenning because there is no support for the center of the craft which makes it droop down in the middle causing an RUD Add more landing gear to support that beast (you gotta get it's belly back in those pants or else when physics loads the button pops and out comes its beer gut )
  13. Also, the KSP.log gets overwritten each time you star KSP so you need to upload the file from a game that your problem occurs
  14. in your KSP directory you will see a file called KSP.log ... This is what I want to see as it will give me a fairly good idea of what is up DO NOT COPY IT TO A SPOILER ON THE FORUM ... Upload it to dropbox or some similar file hosting/sharing site as the forum is not able to handle such large files let alone having to use the forum to go through the file is tedious and I'm not going to do it, sorry, gives me a headache Upload the KSP.log like I said and post the link to it here .. I'll take a look
  15. Make it a requirement that a person using the command chair must be sure to place it so that their Kerbal don't get tossed ... Reminds me of a challenge I posted a while back
  16. Hi all just a PSA regarding Take Command ....... If you are using an external command seat be sure to leave enough room for your Kerbal to spawn ... If there are parts of your plane that are overlapping where your Kerbal spawns in the chair, you run a significant risk of your Kerbal being tossed out of the seat which would force @SuicidalInsanity to manually seat each Kerbal into the seat while setting up the competition
  17. I have the BAD T2 second tier install still on my system ... I can package up the mods and send em over if you like
  18. It may not be the cause of the issue ... try it and let me know as I want to get to the bottom of the cause so the lads can find a fix
  19. If you can, open an issue on github (https://github.com/PapaJoesSoup/BDArmory/issues) and post the KSP.log and output.log from when this happens (try to be detailed with replication steps etc.. as it helps considerably) ... I've been seeing in my logs that the pilot keeps looking for the other team but eventually stops looking after a few tries with all the mods for this challenge installed The more information we have the better the BDAc team is able to figure out what is up ... I'm going to run a bunch of tests in a short while so I can document all the variables that may be causing a hitch as I haven't seen this behaviour with only a bare bones BDAc install (BDAc, PRE, VM) EDIT: Yes, AA was compiled against bahaTurret.dll in BDAc but that has since changed ... Our code guru's have split BDAc into BDArmory.dll and BDArmory.Core.dll since AA was last compiled which means it doesnt do anything anymore as bahaTurret.dll isn't there anymore
  20. I'm seeing that too ... try deleting the .dll in Aviator Arsenal, seemed to work for me although I haven't fully tested it EDIT: although I do seem to recall this issue happenning in the last BAD T
