  1. Well, there are obvious changes in the WIP scatterer version. I haven't messed with it yet and probably won't until some other fixes are implemented, so unfortunately, I can't help here. I recommend not trying to play seriously with the experimental version, but if your intention was bug hunting, then keep up the good work!
  2. No there where some texture changes and cfg fixes. Dres for instance didn't display textures correctly and I fixed the terrain jitters on Duna plus some new textures
  3. the 8k clouds used to be called Ultra. I changed it to high because there is really nothing ultra about them
  4. put this code into your Sigma cfg @EVE_CLOUDS:FINAL { @OBJECT,* { @altitude *= 0.3503 } @OBJECT { @settings { @_DetailDist /= #$@SigmaDimensions/Resize$ } } @OBJECT:HAS[@settings:HAS[~_DetailDist[]]] { @settings { _DetailDist = 2E-06 @_DetailDist /= #$@SigmaDimensions/Resize$ } } }
  5. SVE Isn't developed to work with EVE integration because currently it doesn't work with colored cloud textures. I have implemented code to disable the eve integration in SVE
  6. There is water, but the heightmap could be touched up in some places.
  7. This is quite possible the most pointless thread I have ever read through. @Red Iron Crown Please lock it as the OP has requested it lol don't let it grow anymore
  8. Go play GPP. It has rivers:) not really its selling point, but yeah. They have rivers on the ss texture but they aren't fleshed out on the height map
  9. The mode was never really supported, It was merely just a workaround to save on ram usage. But to answer your question, no. The mode doesn't work correctly for some. Forcing OpenGL hasn't worked correctly since 1.1 for many and since it's not a "feature" the devs have no reason to make it work.
  10. Known bug.nothing we can do about it. Ignore it and choose another contract
  11. Yes. In the sunflare folder find the sun.cfg. There are instructions in the cfg. You will need to change the last value in the flareSettings and in the SpikeSettings. The smaller the value, the bigger the flare.
  12. You may have not noticed in your other game, but when using scatterer, GPP clouds, and all of the optional mods, ksp will use roughly 10gb and even more on Mac and Linux.. That's without part packs. It has been that way since 1.1 and probably earlier. So when you say "plenty of other mods" 13gb is pretty good. My game, with my 85 other mods installed, hits 16-18gb and has since before 1.1. Just for reference: SVE and SVT (much smaller mods) when used together, use about it 5.6gb.
  13. The version of EVE in SVE 1.1.6 and the new version are nearly identical. The only difference being the models EVE can cast shadows on. Other than that, it's exactly the same and should work fine.
  14. if that doesn't work, read this and try what it says. Besides that, I don't know what else could be the problem.
  15. Ok Try this dll. paste it in GameData\Kopernicus\Plugins\ (click Yes if asked to overwrite). https://mega.nz/#!vUowhKgB!PAIeK8M1KlBOXhcBNglxGTq6MzSiqFxF27fAXYOD8_w then see if the rings show up
