  1. Ah yeah I forgot I changed it last update. My bad. Change this _DetailDist = 0.450E-06 To this _DetailDist = 2E-06 You can play with the values to suit your tastes. That setting determines how far away before the detail texture fades out. Play around with and see if you can get a setting you like.
  2. If you open the EVE GUI, go to the Kerbin-MainClouds in the cloud manager and look for a value of 1E=07. I forget the name of the value. Change it to 2E=06 and the clouds should look thicker or not so transparent. You will lose some detail though until you get much closer
  3. Those screenshots are perfect. It is possible to get kerbin to look like that but I'm not at a computer with ksp on it so I cant get on to see what values need to be changed in scatterer. I won't be able to until tomorrow evening
  4. unless something major changed in kopernicus, yes. ThomasP has already said in the kopernicus thread that most if not all planet packs will work
  5. Among what other issues. You gotta give more info than that or these "other issues" can never be fixed. Include your player log and your kopernicus log so the dev can see what the issue is. This is probably why I didn't see this issue. Before I even started up ksp with kopernicus I downloaded the latest ModularFlightIntegrator which apparently fixed the issue.
  6. No SVE is not included in KSPRC. KSPRC has its own textures and cfgs. You are missing out on a lot of what ksprc offers if you use SVE. Believe me I love the fact that you want to use SVE, but ksprc has its own feel and mood to it that sve doesn't capture.
  7. You are looking at an outdated tutorial @the white guardian has a bunch of good tutorials out there It should work
  8. I use the settings that come with scatterer. Z fighting thing is normal. Everyone that uses the terrain shadows gets it. If they say they don't, they just haven't noticed yet. The camera angle can cause these unwanted effects. It's not perfect, but it's a cool feature that I'm sure will eventually get better. If it's something you can't look past, just turn it off. And It has nothing to do with your rig so that's something you don't have to worry about.
  9. i have not. I only had time this morning to throw GPP and the new Kopernicus into my game data to see if it ran. this is all i got to see: If the actual model is there, it is likely a very, very small island
  10. If i can figure it out, anyone can. Its intimidating at first but very easy once you get the hang of it. Technically, you dont even have to deal with pull requests or merging anything if you dont want to. You could just put your releases on there much like you do with dropbox or spacedock
  11. This is just a minor bug with kopernicus that doesn't really need to be fixed. I really don't understand why its bothers people so bad. Its not like that in game, which is the important part.
  12. Once the scatterer cfgs are moved to the new format, everything should work. For the SVE configs to work you just need the the latest EVE plugins
  13. Yes it's just a small thing with scatterer. Its easy to ignore for me. Maybe not for others but I'm sure blackrack knows about it. iirc, he has said something about it in the past
  14. Well if you aren't opposed, KER shows you what biome you are in. You may already know this and if that's the case then disregard this
  15. The cfgs for SVE and scatterer are custom for this mod. Default SVE and Scatterer do not work with this mod.
  16. I lost the heightmap you made for Icarus lol also it needs a biome map desperately. Other than that, anything you think could be better, go for it!
  17. I haven't tried but typically what happens is the planets that interfere won't show up at all
