  1. I believe that all four of my craft will likely immediately explode upon seeing the enemy planes of fright
  2. 30 panthers I wonder if a gear system would work. It probably wouldn't be very efficient if it did, due to KSP's *slightly* wonky physics engine, but it might let you make a larger gear turn the actual propeller much faster.
  3. I'm planning out a design for a 4800 kN turboprop using the Tubettm dry fairing bearing. Prepare your angus beef sliders.
  4. I make big spinny planes and big explodey rockets
  5. Ah, the old Yak-15, with its 60 20mm cannon shots and 500 km/h rip speed in war thunder.
  6. We started the craft with a simple MK3 fuselage design. After this failed to get off the ground, we replaced the fuselages with cargo bays, which were slightly lighter. Then, finally, we decided that appearances were unimportant and replaced the entire rear fuselage of the craft with some metal girders we found in the VAB. Hope those weren't part of anything important.
  7. I name mine something like this: MHLV-2 MunLander Medium-Heavy Launch Vehicle mk2 [Mission] So a solar satellite using the same launch vehicle would be something like MHLV-2 Sunsat. The name of the payload is the name of the craft, plus the # of the same craft used before. This excludes my turboprops, which have the name of my little company and a random numeric-alphabetic name which is meant to sound funny.
  8. It does take place in a base, you know.
  9. Made of a wide array of scavenged parts, the Pr-0p MKII is the first successful turboprop plane that we have developped. Powered by a 72-jet blower engine, it is capable of reaching speeds of over 80 meters per second. Use with 0.100 drag multiplier. This craft is a display of our mantra, which states that the less of a plane there is, the lighter it must be. Fly with care. The Pr-0P MKII does not need to take showers. Do not feed after midnight. Engine is based on a similar design by @Azimech Primary Download: https://kerbalx.com/WorkaroundIndustries/Workaround-Industries-Pr-0P-MKII Drag into your save's SPH folder.
  10. I mean like a single stick of I-beams, like in this image Granted, those are scaffolds, but they and I-Beams are pretty much the same mass and size-wise
  11. I managed to get my plane off the ground! She's a heavy one, with a low top speed, but at least it flies. It uses a extensively modified Chakora engine (slimmed down) and a conventional MK3 fuselage.
  12. Another tip: The less of a plane there is, the better. Consider using I-beams instead of fuel tanks or fuselage parts.
