What am I missing with the tanks, I don't get it? As for the heat thing.. I don't use any mods like FAR/DRE etc, only parts and some fuel switches.

Nothing is showing up, it's not stock though (other mod), so maybe that is the issue. -
Both capsules have it, and just re-entry from a 300km space station with a splash down 90° from my suicide burn. The bar goes to about 75-80% sometimes; it will not explode, but I always pucker up when I see that bar rising. No biggy on the ports, they just seem to compress into each other and not take until you ease off and let the "magnets" do their work. Will try the LH2 now, didnt have time yesterday as I replaced nearly all my tourist ships and complete Kerbin station to get part count down as it was laggy as ... (hint, hint!).

The pods over heat on re-entry quite a bit, most likely still WIP as you mentioned heat balancing? Also the docking port will not always "take" while docking, you need to let go on RCS throttle and let it back off a bit and then it will trigger capture. This means mechjeb will just keep pushing the station until monoprop is depleted (yeah, I know, don't do something else while the ship is docking )

My kerbals keep dying when I re-enter kerbin. Is there any way to not kill them off for the 15-20 miuntes they are on their way down. I doubt you have to eat/drink every minute and there is enough air in the CM to last the descent? -
What do you mean then? I take it your meant the 10:1 ratio of LH2/Ox vs 1.1 of the LF/Ox?

Will the wings and other parts that were removed come back? The mod only has some cockpits and chassis parts now, and a few engines. -
The suttle module. Only a msall craft 15-20 parts at max, just one of those passenger sections. I think it's the 16 kerbals inside that cause the lag somehow, plus the three in my command pod. PC is not the problem, 4790K with 16GB ram and all SSDs, GTX650Ti-Boost graphics. No issues with 100+ parts count ships, just the passenger section for some reason.

Think you have to add it yourself. Mage said he would chang the code so that realplume will work on the deploying engines.

Cool! Can use that Orion-X version... but just sent up 5x 400K ships today with the non-X version as command pod, could have used it without being afraid to decouple now, whahahah... Murphy, right? LOL Awesome that you are using CR now, makes it more realistic Looking better every single release, Mage!

Get SSTU (or FASA if you want a 100% Saturn V clone)... SSTU has modualr parts made for low part counts and now has the Apollo CM/SM in it next to the Orion. -

Matching planes is not a problem, I'm just wiggling the maneuver setting for 5 minutes to get something that comes close -

It just lets you reassign the first component of the craft, nothing mysterious about the function.It's a way to make subassemblies of your entire craft by adding an extra parts and making that the main part. Depending on which end you place it on, that end will be the node which will attach to the new parts. -
I can travel to a moon and back to the planet and then to another moon. But is there any sound way to go from moon to moon directly without it taking forever? I just go back to Kerbin orbit and then to Minmus because it is just faster to get a good Hohmann transfer that way.

Angel, would it be possible to add a heat element to your reactors? They are kind of OP right now

Is there a way to set the starting value of a tank content, ie 100 max but start with 0? I made a config on the Ore tank to hold TAC supplies, but I always find my tanks full of waste etc, would like this to start out at 0 instead of max value. On normal containers there is a value/maxvalue, but will this work on ProcParts cfg?

Didn't test the new one yet, just noticed the reaction wheels do not pull current on the old one (RCS does I think). Will test the new one again in a bit, sending up more damn tourists anyway.
