  1. "You are the 100,000th visitor to this press conference! CLICK HERE to receive a full trip to Mars, all expenses paid*" *rocket, training, and expenses not included. Also, your warranty will be voided by this trip, no matter what you do.
  2. Your crowds are no match for my algorithms!
  3. Just something I drew on the back of a math test waiting for it to finish.
  4. After playing KSP for a while, I noticed something. After playing career mode for a while, Science mode can feel too easy. After all, you start with all building upgrades, so you can gather much more science faster, and build bigger vehicles, right at the start. Without the limitations placed on you by building upgrades, Science feels like there's not enough progression. I propose a mode that is similar to Science, where there aren't funds, contracts, strategies, or reputation to manage. However, the buildings would start at Level 1, and would be upgraded through Science. They could either be unlocked in the tech tree at certain tiers, or be purchased like they are in Career, with early-game science yields perhaps boosted slightly to account for building-upgrade purchasing. I think that this would be a good mode to have, as it places some restrictions on Science mode while not having any other stuff to manage such as in Career mode.
  5. The elevator doors open on floor 3748, and as you step in, you realize that there are no elevators there. Falling down the elevator shaft, you eventually end up at floor 1531, with no recollection of how you landed safely. Since the elevator is, of course, missing, you head up the stairs to find your meeting.
  6. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alberta,_Minnesota I mean, I did think Alberta was a city in Canada (sorry), but hey! Alberta is a city (somewhere)!
  7. Geometry Ash: A game about making shapes out of ash without the piles collapsing...
  8. Floor 1491: You find yourself pursued by terrifying burnt figures, scattered throughout the floor. Trying to avoid them, you stumble into the reactor room...
  9. Well... at least there's no other structures on the surface for the Kerbulans to bomb... right?
  10. Does anybody know if KerbNet will detect the anomalies on the OPM planets/moons? I've been looking, but so far no anomalies have cropped up on my KerbNet scanners. I might be looking in the wrong places, though, or I might just be missing them (anomaly detection only has a 30% chance to work each time), but without knowing where they are I can't tell if KerbNet works or not.
  11. I like to design things, or more accurately over-design things. I like to add lots of parts and science to my craft, and to make sure that all of the parts work as they're supposed to. I then like to see them doing their job on another planet, and working perfectly.
  12. Could it be done using an SSTO Monoprop/Xenon plane? That seems like it might be more efficient. Further testing is required...
  13. How much storage does the Earth have? A terra-byte!
  14. 4/10 aliens would probably want to know about humans before impersonating. Anyways, let us continue with our forum-posting and merrily *** SYNTAX ERROR: DIVIDE BY ZERO. PLEASE RESTART YOUR DEVICE. HAVE A NICE DAY AND THANK YOU FOR BUYING SAMSUNG ***
  15. On 6 August 2014, the spacecraft reached the comet and performed a series of manoeuvres to be captured in its orbit. On 12 November, the lander module performed the first successful landing on a comet, though its battery power ran out two days later. Communications with Philae were briefly restored in June and July 2015, but due to diminishing solar power, Rosetta's communications module with the lander was turned off on 27 July 2016. On 30 September 2016, the Rosetta spacecraft ended its mission by landing on the comet in its Ma'at region.
  16. Add explosive consoles. Every time something goes wrong, one of the controls (navball, map, supplies, communications, etc.) will explode in a shower of sparks. To repair them, you need at least a level 5 engineer and a drill that can break through the 4th wall.
  17. How many Kerbals do you have active right now? 50? 100? 200?
  18. Floor 1401 has a strange world, where everything seems strangely blocky and pixellated. You look down at yourself, only to see that you yourself have become a pixel character. Terrified, you sprint up the stairs.
  19. I think I understand what happened. The first paragraph is something (a mothership, maybe?) emitting its data core (the monolith), the second is it taking over the science package that was deployed there, and then it can find out that they have completed a "Class C2.23 interplanetary journey", which unlocks the protocols allowing it to contact the KSC. I think I got it, but I'm not sure. If anyone can expand on that, that would be helpful.
