  1. And where exactly on the forums have they told us /posted this? I have no idea what videos you are talking about. I don't mean to come across as having a go at you. It' just that if there's vids/info been released. Then you have given me more info than the devs have bothered to do. You'd think they would mention it.
  2. Self explanatory. Give us some development info. Please stop ignoring your console community. We will only stick around for so long if we continue to be ignored. And yes this is almost a duplicate post to the one I put on suggestions/ development thread and also same post on the weekly. I don't give a damn. And i am purposefully trying to post this in as many sub forums as possible. Can't see any other way to actually get acknowledged. Even at that they will probably ignore/Not bother replying to any of my posts. Time will tell I suppose. However too much more time in the dark and there will be no console community.
  3. Pretty much self explanatory. Stop ignoring us and afford us the basic courtesy of some kind of info atleast . That's now 3 weeks console players have been completely ignored. If your trying to destroy the console community, Well your certainly going about it the right way
  4. Not a single mention of console version? That's the third week in a row we have been completely ignored. This is getting beyond a joke, either give us some feedback or just be honest and tell all console players to give up on your game,as you clearly cannot be bothered to fix / update it. I'm giving it a couple more weeks and if we are still being ignored I won't be coming back .
  5. It may be reaction wheels fighting against each other. Try turning torque off on one / the other vessels/ base part. I had this with one of my payloads while building a station. Everything was fine until I sent the rcs tug across to grab payload. As soon as they docked both parts (tug and payload) began oscillating against one another. Everything settled down once I disabled torque on the payload delivery stage. Hope this helps.
  6. Really disappointed there's still no word whatsoever, about Next patch for Enhanced edition. The lack of communication is really getting frustrating. I won't say the new port is not an improvement( as it runs way better now) However having such a basic thing as physical time warp missing/forgotten about is just not excusable. Also it has been over 2 months since release and there has been not a single mention by Squad/Blitworks as to why time warp is still/was not available. And now I see feedback from pc players that the new 1.4 update has lots of bugs that (like the enhanced edtition) should have been noticed if someone had actually bothered to play the game for more than 5mins. So can we please have some info about Enhanced edition update status. (Honestly don' be scared to tell us if things are harder than you thought to implement/fix.) A little bit of honesty and real feedback will be returned with more respect and patience than you may think. However completely ignoring your console fans is going to seriously backfire. Personally this is one of my favourite games of all time, however if the enhanced edition is not fixed /even acknowledged within the next 6 months. Then I'm seriously considering never playing this game again. (Keep ignoring us and you may find the entire console community will walk away) Then again judging by your lack of support/effort on console side (apart from new port, I do appreciate that was a fairly big task)Well maybe you are trying to kill the console community (having regrets porting to console maybe?)
  7. I'm on console so haven't had a chance to try 1.4. I thought they added the ksc marker so we don't have to plant a flag /park a vessel on the runway? Just seems a bit crazy they haven't made it targetable. Also, all that work on mission builder ,and I hear it's not available on career?
  8. Well if you want one with an equally steep learning curve. Then I'd recommend Elite dangerous, and do what I did, NO Tutorials. It' an awesome game once you find your feet/thrusters. Bit like KSP in that regard.
  9. Yeah I had this with the rapiers also. It was like a crackling popping noise for me. At first I just pretented Bob was making popcorn while Jeb flew the ssto to orbit. But after a few missions with the ssto it does get annoying. I've stopped using my ssto atm , atleast until the new update , partly due to this but mainly due to not having physics time warp. Doing burns with the nuclear engines is just a pain. So hopefully the next patch will also have a fix for the sound bugs.

First off I appreciate that there is still a lot of work to do for a more stable build and bug hunting etc But i would like to know if 1.4 will eventually be brought to console and/or making history expansion? Would give us something to look forward to even if it will take up to a year to update. If there is plans to add 1.4 to console I've been watching some YouTube vids of new parts etc and one thing I would recomend not to include in console port is the new ability to switch between VAB and SPH instantaneously. I can see this causing problems on console. Any info at all would be much appreciated.
  11. I personally just rotate the rocket to the orientation required in the VAB. Then there' no rotation required.
  12. Yeah I'd say if you don't want to leave your kerbal in space for ages. Make a quicksave ,Jump out the pod and burn retrograde . As long as you have enough Eva fuel to get back into a stable orbit then personally I'd say It will be easier to rescue them. especially if you haven't went interplanetary yet/learned to rendezous on an interplanetary scale (kind of). Plus if your early career you may miss a transfer window to Duna / Eve while spending the time to rescue the kerbal on a solar orbit.
  13. Not sure if you are aware (noones really mentioned it) but you will also need one /two scientists onboard to begin research. It also helps to get your scientists to atleast level 2 before starting research, Will generate science quicker.
  14. Unfortunately not. I personally haven't had this issue so far until yesterday. Launched a reusable lifter ,after launching payload and landing it recovered the vessel in orbit also. Nope this one still seems to be happening. Xbox cursor controls.
  15. Some good fixes here. Shame physical time warp hasn' been fixed yet. Must be having problems with it. One thing I'm really happy about though is I can /should be able to select stage view for resources tab now

One thing I tend to do when separating boosters, is throttle down quite a bit before the boosters run out of fuel, then as soon as I stage the decouplers ramp up to full throttle, tends to stop any collisions when boosters don't get pushed away too much. Also make sure you are bang in the middle of the prograde marker when decoupling, generally wont destroy the engine, but I've lost a few fins due to this.
  17. Yeah it is annoying not having precision mode for manouvers. For the time being try not to be too precise when setting up manouvers. Then do most of /all of that burn then you can focus view on Duna and manually bring it down to where you want it. (Recommend limiting engine thrust for this) It's a bit of a pain doing this but it will help you get more familiar with doing manual burns/what each navball icon actually does. Hope this helps for it time being.
  18. I've honestly had no issues with career mode so far. Been on a return trip to Duna and Eve, and almost unlocked the full tech tree. Personally it's just lack of physics warp and precision mode for setting up manoeuvres thats annoying me at the moment. I have had the game not allowing saving /returning to space center bug though. But it seems to load up your last save ok when restarted. It' really strange that some people are having real issue with career, and others like myself are having a blast with new port. Also I'm on xbox. Don't know if other people on xbox have had the same issue with r&d or if it's maybe a bug specific to ps4
  19. Yeah I've almost unlocked the entire tech tree. Tbh it took me ages to get this far on the old port. It's been quite refreshing starting a new career with more knowledge this time around.
  20. Yeah I'm on xbox. That's really strange I haven' had any issues with engines not working after using time warp . Physics warp is the time warp we can do while still on kerbin. (Launch a plane if your unsure what i mean) you will notice that while in atmosphere we can speed up to 4x time accelerate. But once in space we can only do 5x and above. Although we should still be able to physics warp. This is actually missing atm( up to 4x is called physics warp as i t is still calculating physics for your vessel and allowing engines to continue burning etc) Hope you get to the bottom of it though. Like I say I find it really strange that it is shutting down your engines after time warping. Just out of curiosity what control preset are you using? Im on cursor mode. Wait a minute i just realised something about your post. You say you cant restart you Liquid fuel engines. You are using rocket engines and not liquid fuel only engines yeah? Because apart from the nuclear engines. Liquid fuel ones are air breathing. So obviously won't work in space. Or you may have used some liquid fuel only tanks and some liquid fuel and oxidizer tanks. Which means you engines may have run out of oxidizer. Probably a silly question, so please don' be offended. But we have all made really stupid mistakes in this game. So if this is the case don't sweat it. It's a steep learning curve with this game.
  21. Just wondering if there is any plans to add bigger landing legs to the stock game? (I'm on xbox so would need to be stock to get access/dlc) I personally feel there should be bigger /space x style/size landing legs. Currently having to make ugly girder extended landing legs for anything bigger than 2.5m parts. I know mods will not be on console however I would definitely pay for a DLC which includes kerbal engineer/mechjeb(one with dv readouts),also can't see this being hard to implement on console, its just a calculator after all. bigger landing legs and a few surface base parts. Also stock pc players might be interested In bigger landing legs.
  22. No you should still be able to use time warp. What I meant is after warping to the mun etc as long as you then make sure timewarp is back to 1x then your engines should work just fine. I've done multiple mun/minus missions and have also been to Duna and eve and back In career mode. Timewarp has been working fine for me. Personally it's physics warp I'm hoping get fixed/added soon.
  23. Its because we don't have physics timewarp available on xbox atm. And your engines will not burn when above 4x time arp. It should work fine aslong as you do the burn at normal time/1x
  24. Ive just been to land on Gilly and oh my god it is torture not having physics warp. Can we have some word from the devs when physics time warp will be fixed for xbox? This question has been asked numerous times in other posts, but still no comment from the devs. I would appreciate a " oh we may have overlooked that" at the very least. Honesty is better received than burying your head in the sand pretending the problem does not exist.
  25. I'm on xbox also, you shouldn't have to delete your xbox save. When at ksc press start then load save. You can then delete a few of your saves. I personally make a lot of saves before during and after each mission. I then purge my saves every so often. Leaving only my new save, the quicksave and most importantly do not delete the persistent save. I triggered a save corruption not long into my last career by deleting this (Atleast thats what i think caused it) Hope this helps.
