[1.9] Completely Non-Aggressive Rocketry - V2 Rocket Add-on
DylanSemrau replied to DylanSemrau's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Hey, I'm not dead! (Yet!) I went ahead and added tweakscale support, and fixed the file structure when downloading to make installing easier. It's on GitHub now https://github.com/DylanSemrau/CompletelyNonAggressiveRocketry/releases Also just to keep y'all updated. My computer is currently borked and getting fixed, so I'm sorry if any sort of progress has been slow, should be back up soon-ish! -
Thissss 100%^^^^^^^

Easy. BDB, Restock, JNSQ, Tundra Exploration, Modular Launch Pads, Shuttle Orbiter Construction Kit, Habtech 2, Near Future Tech, and Tantares all made huge steps up in quality this year, or seriously set the standard higher for part quality.

Yeah so that’s your problem. You want the “CNAR” folder inside of that to be in your GameData, not that folder. -

Could I see your GameData folder? Also what game version are you playing on? -

Thanks for letting me know. I’ll fix it when I have the chance -
Well I’m glad you guys seem to be enjoying it so far I was hoping to post Chapter 2 before Thanksgiving, however my computer’s charger is currently borked so I won’t be able to do that til early December. In the mean time I’ll be trying to get a rough idea of how I want this to go, and will be doing a bit of research along the way. Stay tuned! Edit: okay nvm, my computer is currently being fixed. No update until later this month at the earliest

Chapter One: August 26, 1998 - The brand new Delta III rocket, carrying the Galaxy 10 satellite, launches from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. The launch is a success, sending the satellite into GTO and demonstrating the new Delta Cryogenic Second Stage, or DCSS. Boeing now has a rather capable launch vehicle. The switch from the upper stage used on the Delta II, to the high performing DCSS, means that the Delta III can send 2x the payload to GTO than it's predecessor. By this point Boeing had 18 planned launches for the new vehicle, 11 with Hughes Space and Communications International. February 15, 1999 - Delta III successfully carries it's second payload, the Orion 3 Spacecraft, to GTO. After this mission, Boeing secures multiple launches with commercial entities. Due to it's capabilities in high energy orbits, and the success of the Delta II, NASA also begins to consider using the new launch vehicle for some of it's upcoming interplanetary missions in the early 2000's. By late 1999 Boeing had secured more than 20 payloads for the Delta III, and was attempting to grab government payloads for the vehicle. At the same time Boeing was awarded the EELV contract to develop the Delta IV family, which would utilize the same upper stages as the Delta II and Delta III.

Introduction: August 26, 1998 - The Delta III rocket, carrying the Galaxy 10 satellite, loses control and explodes 1 minute and 20 seconds after liftoff. It's a tremendous failure for Boeing's brand new launch vehicle, and eventually sets the stage for the project's cancellation. But, what if this didn't happen? What if the Delta III was actually a major success, and how does that affect the next few decades of space exploration? That's what I'll be trying to explore here. Table of Contents:

[1.9] Completely Non-Aggressive Rocketry - V2 Rocket Add-on
DylanSemrau replied to DylanSemrau's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Sound issue has just been fixed and the releases on Spacedock and Github are up to date. Enjoy! SpaceDock GitHub -
Nice. I’d suggest you use the texture switch for the first stage if you’re gonna make a bumper, looks far better imo. Also the lil wings on the second stage are too high, you can see where they should be on the engine’s shroud.

Will fix this weekend. Thanks! I’ll consider it for the future, but for now I’m directing most of my focus towards my other mods. Done. Will update the releases themselves sometime this weekend, but it’s fixed on github. -

DylanSemrau replied to DylanSemrau's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Huh I haven’t had that happen in 1.7.3, in fact I’ve only had that issue in 1.8... I’ll look into it. (Edit: some part config weren’t updated on github, so they don’t have the part switch. Will update tonight.) And yes provenance currently only has the second and third stage stuff. -

Update: So uhhhh... hey I kinda neglected this mod for like 4 months, but it's okay I'm doing things now! I've finished up a few parts and put them on Github, so now y'all have 6 parts to use. Along with that I've gone ahead and added an emissive to the BE-3U, so it looks better now. I'm gonna still be focusing on my ISRO for a bit here (go check that out if you haven't seen it already), but I do plan on coming back to this and finishing it! Anyways, enjoy! https://github.com/DylanSemrau/Provenance-Aerospace

Yup it’s 1.875m, I also mostly learned how to texture from cobalt so these shouldn’t clash too much with his parts if you wanna kit bash :p- 89 replies

This mod aims to add a number of different ISRO rockets and spacecraft to the game. Eventually the plan is to add SLV, GSLV MK1-3, RLV, along with a couple of probes (Ex. Chandrayaan, Mangalyaan etc). B9 Part Switch and Simple Adjustable Fairings are required for a few parts. Downloads: Github SpaceDock Thanks to @Friznitfor this beautiful build guide!
