Sweet, a PC building thread! @Kernel Kraken Like Elthy said above, B550 would probably be your best option for a motherboard, as it has most of the useful things that X570 has and costs less. If you are willing to give up Nvidia-exclusive features and pay an extra $80, I would also recommend getting an RX 6800. Double the memory and slightly better performance are worth it, alongside (hopefully) better availability. And yes, you should wait until prices settle and stuff is actually in stock.

It works in 1.10.x. Just uninstall Scatterer if it gives you issues. -

Yeah. I guess I'm just really attached to the stock system and OPM. Would be nice to be able to have all of these other planets and moons while leaving the stock system intact. That's why I like that GPP and some other system replacers have "secondary" versions.

This seems really cool. -
I know this idea is counterintuitive, since the whole point of the mod is to reorganize the planets and add new ones without having to travel too far, but is there any way to add the new planets and moons without changing the stock system much? If not, I wouldn't mind changing the configs myself to reorganize it how I'd like.

@Misguided_Kerbal Oh boy. I'm not a big fan of Macs (not that I have anything against Mac users), and performance is a big reason why. I'm glad it doesn't seem like it's stopped you, though.

Cool place. Judging from the high graphical quality of your screenshots, I'm guessing you've got a pretty good rig and a hefty amount of mods. What are your PC specs? (If you know them.)

@Minmus Taster It should be. I don't think KS3P needs configs for each planet, the same way EVE or Scatterer do.

Don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but... Regarding configs for bodies, are timewarpAltitudeLimits values still needed? Or is that redundant?

So, I've been playing around with SVE again, and found that it actually works great with the newest version of Scatterer in 1.10.1, despite the older configs (at least, it does on my install). Even the OPM planets work fine. I guess this makes it my visual mod of choice for now, since it looks great and I don't need to worry about Scatterer compatibility. (It's also supported by a hefty number of planet packs, which is a nice bonus.) -

So, inside the base folder of your mod, make a "LICENSE.txt" or "LICENSE.md" file. Find the license text of a license of your choice. As an example, here are the license texts for the MIT license and the GPLv3 license. Paste the entire text into the LICENSE file, and save it. (make sure to insert the year and your username at the beginning of the MIT license). Your mod now has a license. (Make sure to put the name of the license in your forum post somewhere, and where applicable on websites like Spacedock if you ever use them.)

Oh, never mind about that, then. I have the stock system with both OPM and MPE added, nothing else. (I plan to install "secondary" GEP.) I assume Soden's orbit is made smaller due to how far out it goes. That's all I needed. Thank you!
