This is a problem with the Environmental Visual Enhancements, part of AVP, which is causing the issue, not realplume. -

Small problem related to kerbal weight (I think) in the latest release. (1.11.0) When a Kerbal jumps on Kerbin with just a parachute or nothing at all, they appear to jump a lot higher than normal, e.g: 2 to 2.5, maybe 3 meters in height, vs the regular just under a meter. NOTE: I play with JNSQ which impacts results slightly. My (quite extensive) mod list here: Images:

You need to install kopernicus or parallax won't work. It's a dependency so the mod requires it. Also please read through previous pages and/or the op because this problem has been mentioned and resolved several times already. EDIT: oh hey, page 19.- 3,164 replies

Well, it's quite an easy mod to cut down, just go into the parts folder and delete anything you want, but not 'shared'. 'Probe expansion' is a good one to get rid of. -

Well, the parts will look different, but will be much better looking, and some will have more variants. I very much recommend this mod. EDIT: whoops. -
I've found a few bugs with Hexagon. Firstly, the solar panels don't appear to generate any electric charge, causing the craft to run out of EC after a few orbits. Secondly, when trying to detach the reentry capsules, they ended up inside the truss section they were detaching from. Thankfully timewarp fixed this.
