Hamster food. That, technically, is a favorite food. It is the favorite food of pet hamsters everywhere. The rule on favorite foods did not specify that it had to be MY favorite food, nor did it indicate that the food even ahd to be for human beings in any fashion. So I have therefore satisfied the requirement to post an image of "favorite food". Depending upon how long I end up rambling on here, i believe I will also satisfy the rule regarding minimum posy length. But this is boring, and I would propose a rule modification please. RULE MODIFICATION: In addition to tagging someone with a Calvin-esque avatar, one may subvert the 100 word rule by posting any image from the Calvin and Hobbes comic strip that has food in it.

My guess is that the contract itself has a parameter you need to meet or some action you need to take that's not showing up in the Contracts button in your screenshots. Any chance you can go back into Mission Control and get a screenshot of the actual contract? I'm specifically looking at the one for the Poodle as it looks like you have satisfied it.

My suggestion: aim for Duna/Ike as soon as possible. Take a good read through the Kerpollo Challenge thread and see about landers for this body duo as you can gain a boatload of science without even landing on either the first time out. And then landing? Loads more.

So, I didn't see or find a topic asking what everyone wants to see in KSP2, even though I know one has to exist somewhere (and where I've probably posted at some point). So lacking the ability to find that this morning, I'm posting this here. One thing I really dislike about KSP1 is the complete inability to find smooth terrain to land on, whether that's on Mun, Duna, Laythe, or even back on Kerbin. We have the ability to planet-hop at will...but we can't scan the surface and find a decent, flat spot to land on? It's all guesswork in spite of the computing power? Are you honestly telling me that there is nothing available in the technology Kerbals have come up with to find a nice spot to set up for a picnic? This bothers me to no end. With that said, I hope that in KSP2 we get the ability to scan the surface of a celestial body and get a list of possible landing sites. No more landing sideways, or on an incline. No more guessing if you'll hit land or water. Even the most basic of landers in the early days of Earth spaceflight had the ability to look out the cockpit windows and go "Yeah, that looks pretty flat there". And if this isn't in the base game, I sure hope someone builds a mod for it. Ok, I'll get off my soapbox now!

One sentence? Annoy an entire fan base? Ok. What you want out of KSP2 is not what everyone wants out of KSP2.

For myself, I originally ended up with Disney+ a few years ago when I upgraded to my now-current phone. Verizon, so I was only paying $6.99 a month. Now spread that out across a few hundred thousand subscribers. This year, my wife upgraded to an iPhone 14. Verizon, so we ended up getting Disney+/Hulu/ESPN for like $12.99 a month. Now spread that out across a few hundred thousand subscribers. Disney is losing money on streaming because people are taking advantage of ridiculous deals to get the streaming services through their (Disney's) partnership with Verizon. And that deal NEVER ENDS. Now tack onto that how people share accounts and passwords, and you've got potentially millions of people watching Disney+ who aren't paying for it. And remember that the cost to make some of these shows that have high CGI requirements is ridiculous. So I'm not surprised that Disney is losing money here.
