  1. JEBINI 4 CREW RETURN: YEAR 1, DAY 368 Get the donuts ready, we're coming home! The crew of Kermes Station ready themselves to go home, carrying what Scott Manley would call a "Variable Bounty of Science". For around a one week period, the station will remain uninhabited by Kerbals. Maugan and Albert wave goodbye to the station, and fire their engines retrograde to head home. De-orbit burn. Mission success! Maugan and Albert have returned back home, safe and sound. They say that their time onboard the space station was very enjoyable, but they would like a little bit more privacy than they had. It was rather uncomfortable to use the bathroom, considering the bathroom was in the same room as the habitat. Nothing we can do about it, but it's good information to have for another space station.
  2. Why are you just jumping ship on KSP 1? It’s still a perfectly fine game you can play. It’s not like all of our computers are just automatically uninstalling it today. I get it, KSP 2’s brand new and shiny, but still. You can still play both games. KSP 1 can still live on.
  3. I refuse! A game that's been around as long as KSP 2 can't die!
  4. KERBSAT 3: YEAR 1, DAY 356 Don't tell me there's more... The next goal of the KerbSat program is to launch up a satellite into a tundra orbit, or a diagonal orbit. This will help us cover just a little bit more ground of Kerbin to finally get a full map of Kerbin, and get just a tiny bit more scientific data for scientists and a little bit more money for Beyond. KerbSat 3 will be launched from LC-29B, as the launchpad is also built in a 45o angle. Munrise over the Northern Region.
  5. KERBSAT 2: YEAR 1, DAY 341 For science! (and money)... To aid in the research of out home world, Kerbsat 2 readies itself for launch from Beyond's new space center: the Tundra Space Center (TSC)! The goal will be to launch into a low polar orbit, which the TSC's launch pads are positioned perfectly to do so. A strange request has come from the United Kerbin Administration, though. They want to scan for surface anomalies. Why would the government be interested in surface anomalies? Well, we can have conspiracy time later. It's time to launch! Kerbsat 2 in LKO A successful launch! Kerbsat 2 sends back fantastic pictures of Kerbin. However, one picture was confiscated. A picture of a certain location in the arktik (Kerbal arctic). We don't know what it was a picture of, but the UKA was very interested. More importantly though, KerbSat has picked up very important information of nor-easters, which frequently attack the Amaccacan region. 6. I’m excited for everything! New parts, new planets, colonization. It’s adding everything KSP 1 didn’t have!
  7. What I’m afraid of is the roadmap. They are releasing the game buggy and incomplete, or early access. The roadmap is them promising all of these updates. Yet, we have no information for a rough release date (what month, year, or month/year).
  8. Will KSP 2 be like a lot of other games coming out now? I don't want something to happen like you guys release a half-baked game, promising updates in the future that you may or may not get too. I don't want KSP to go the way of a certain other game franchise I liked (*cough cough* Pokémon *cough cough*).
  9. Will the game be discounted on launch? I know most steam games do that.
  10. What does a day on Kerbin have to do with the price of eggs in China? But yeah, I’ve run into this issue too. I just didn’t report it because I thought it was an issue on my end.
  11. What mod are the Skylab parts from? Is it BDB or a BDB-esque mod? Never mind, I found out.
  12. JEBINI 4: YEAR 1, DAY 338 Crew: Maugan, Albert Kerbin sits and watches in awe as the 2 Kerbonauts rise on the launch tower. Today, they will head up into the very first "space home", and stay there for a month. That's right, they'll stay in space for a month! Experiments are to be preformed, as well as tests on crew durability. While sitting in the capsule during last-minute checks, Maugan thinks to herself what may happen up there. Nobody has been up there for that long, and bone mass loss was detected after the Jebini. 1% percent of bone mass is lost every month, in fact. The crew will have to go through a lot of rehabilitation afterwards. Daily exercise for 2 hours a day can combat this, but not stop it. Stage 2 separation. MES Orbital insertion burn. Jebini 4 now sits in orbit, as mission control checks the docking systems of the both the Jebini spacecraft and Kermes Station. With everything in order, the crew are given a go to begin they're rendezvous burn. Off to their (temporary) new home! Approaching a somewhat visible Kermes Station. The crew now must focus extra hard while docking. Unlike Jebini 2&3, they're not docking in daylight, they're docking in the darkness. They have the use their instruments to tell them where to go. 50 meters, 40 meters, 30 meters. The crew slowly move in, until the capsule jolts them around. They've successfully docked to Kermes station! In time to watch the sunrise too (see first picture). The crew pressurize Kermes Station, and enter into they're new home! Albert Kerman takes beautiful picture out the window. "It's like an extremely cramped observation deck!" she says. Albert Kerman on EVA. This marks a historic day in Kerbalkind's history. The first Kerbals to "live" in space! They will also break the crewed spaceflight record by a long shot: 30 days! The original longest time in space was Munar 5, lasting around 4 days. The crew now sit back and start their work in orbit.
  13. I saw you were planning to do something with making the Skylab multi-modular and now I wonder, how are you going to do that? Skylab was quite obviously designed to be a monolithic station.
  14. Wouldn’t be be last time you have crew die in space.
