And, suddenly, the pink rectangle is gone. I did nothing. Bonus: Part Commander is working; it previously failed as well. EDIT: However, in EER, the X-key and C-key still fail. player.log here==> player.log file -

When I use Toolbar Controller, a pink rectangle appears on either the engine or capsule. Removing this controller removes the rectangle. Unfortunately, Toolbar Controller is required for Editor Extensions Redux, which I really like. Without Toolbar Controller, EER the X-key and C-key fail. Has anyone else reported this pink rectangle? If so, was there a solution? I'm using the latest versions of Toolbar Controller and Toolbar. -
In earlier editions. there were Satellite Repair contracts. Originally, you had to actually dock with the satellite. Later, you simply had to open the Repair Panel and then repair. For a long time now, I've seen no Repair Contracts. It would be nice to be able to create a Repair Contract in the Contract Builder or have them randomly occur. For now, I fake it by self-assigning a repair to a satellite with a Repair Panel, then paying myself with Funds and Experience via the Cheat menu. My formula: reward Funds equals average of satellite apoapsis plus periapsis, Experience equals one point per 200k reward Funds (minimum of one Experience point).

The Breaking Ground DLC is about to be released. It includes an inventory system in the stock game. I wonder how that may impact the need for KIS. If KIS is no longer needed, can we still use KAS? sidebar: I cross-posted this to the KAS thread as well. -

The Breaking Ground DLC is about to be released. It includes an inventory system in the stock game. I wonder how that may impact the need for KIS. If KIS is no longer used, can we still use KAS? I'm hoping KIS is not needed for KAS. -

Yes. I have tried a screwdriver, Wrench, and Electric Driver. I am holding down the attach key. I cannot get the end of the Walkway to align with the door on the Conestoga. To repeat, ,when I drop the Walkway anywhere, it returns to it's orginal location and orientation.- 3,523 replies

How do I attach the Walkway to another part, such as the Conestoga when I'm at the destination (not in the VAB)? Also, whenever I try to place the Walkway by dropping it onto the surface, it reverts to the original position and location.- 3,523 replies

@Sudragon The KEES experiments work for me in KSP 1.7. Perhaps you have a conflicting mod. -
4x4Cheesecake: THANK YOU for that video. UPDATE: In the VAB, I used both AGExt and Stock Action Groups to set Alpha1 to Crew Report for an MK1 Pod. However, upon the Launch Pad, the 1 key does nothing. I had to click in the AGExt icon to get access to the AGExt Actions Menu. Then Click the item I wanted. I used Crew Report as an example.

Thank you. I now set that. Also see that it increases recovery costs. Fair enough. As a part is used more, does its cost go down? Is there a point where the part is so far gone that it cannot be reused and drops out of inventory? -

When I use SY, when reusing used parts, it does not decrease costs of the vehicle. Shouldn't vehicle costs be reduced? -

I've asked questions in the old Scrapyard thread, because it's the one linked in SpaceDock. Please update that link to point to this new thread. UPDATE: In the previous thread, it did not mention the dependencies, so SY failed to work for me. Now, in this thread, I can see those dependencies, and SY works like a charmer. -
Don't include Module Manager. Inevitably, a new MM will come out and the one you include will conflict with it. I've had a situation where my mods install had several MMs stored in multiple mods GameData files. Given my 60 mods, it was a real poodle to find the offending GameData files that included MMs so I could remove them. Or, include MM outside your GameData directory.

I'm using Chrome Version 70.0.3538.77 (Official Build) (64-bit). I have Chrome full screen on a 1280x1024 resolution. I can see my username. In mods I'm following, I'm shown the Unfollow button. However, if I unfollow, I'm not shown the option to follow again. In Internet Explorer, I'm not shown the menu from which I can login. In Firefox, I can login and the Follow button is displayed.

The Follow button is not displayed on mods. Also, if I unfollow a mod, the Follow button is not displayed. What do I need to do to fix this?? And, yes, I am logged into my SpaceDock account.

When might this be fixed? As of today, Contract Lists are still broken and lacking persistence, making them useless.
