Delta Lite again, this time two of them. There's no info on the version I decided to do this time, so I went with two. Delta Lite SSRM Delta K and Delta Lite SSRM DCSS-III. Full album: Imgur: The magic of the Internet "Klink, beware, the blood moon rises once more." (I was going to Kerbalize Link's name, but then thought better of it... I don't think turning the L into a K is TOS friendly lol, although... adding a K in front is okay. )

Jamestown launched to the Mun's south pole! Full disclosure used infinite fuel cheat. Because tiny tanks don't supply a lot of fuel... That and I messed up and didn't put Jamestown on a polar trajectory at launch and thus had to change inclination at the Mun and that wasted fuel, then I had to enter orbit, then lower said orbit... yeah. Also, another fairly big album, so click the link to see more. Full album: Imgur: The magic of the Internet

So yeah... the teaser from the other day... I was expecting it to crash and burn or at least not reach the Mun.... but... well... It's a huge album, so check it out. And for those wondering: 1st stage: 2x 4 segment Shuttle SRBs. 2nd stage: 2x 6.6m extended Saturn S-IE Drop tanks fueling 3rd stage. 3rd stage: Saturn LRB-40K with 4x RS-68K Regens in super compact mode (Engines start at liftoff of course, still consider it stage 3.) 4th Stage: 6m stretched S-IVB with 4x RL-10B-2 CSM: "Modern" Apollo with Blk IV Mission Module using Blk V solar panels Munar Lander: Lockheed Martain HLV. Full album: Imgur: The magic of the Internet Also, @Pappystein found a stage you missed with your hypergolic patch. TAID 210 Delta.

Are you telling me you were working on UR-700 in secret this entire time? Well, probably sharing progress in [redacted] right? But publicly, you've kept this secret from us? For how long?!

Can you talk about it or are you under NDA? If you can talk about it in a limited fashion, what other features does the mod have? Also, I just noticed something. Not all the Titan SRBs have nodes at the base of them. While it makes sense for the side attached ones not to have a bottom node, I think the inline versions at least should have nodes. Would it be possible to get those for all of them?

I do use IRL rocket family names, and would like related upper stages to appear. I do search specific parts sometimes. RL10, RS-68, etc. I use KSP sizes in search, especially the more obscure ones like 0.9875 and 1.5. Once in a while I'll need specific fuel types, so I'll search for them. I don't search for functionality. I do combine search terms. Specifically for probes and spacecraft. I.e. Specific Mariners. I write out the whole term.

@Rodger Is the Titan I interstage going to be added to the interstage group or the 1.5 to 1.875 structural adapter? Or did you forget about the Titan I interstage? Also, there's a typo with two parts. The Titan I 1.25 to 1.5 structural adapter and the 1.5 to 1.875 structural adapter both call them Titan II parts in the IRL name. For anyone who uses the Titan I, the Carrack 1.5 structural interstage works great for the Titan I for now. The only problem is the Carrack is white and not silver.

Hmmm... Do you think Saturn MLV-V-23 (L) can handle this? (Keep in mind I play on 2.5x) And before anyone asks why I need 45 T of comm range... uh... I know, I realistically don't NEED to communicate with the probe, especially in sandbox, but just for laughs, I want to be able to communicate with it. Hmm... now the only question is do I send the comm station after Pioneer 13 or just leave it in orbit around the sun. As a side note, apparently Kerbol is REALLY luminous... I mean, 1241 Gm away and it is still as bright as if you were on Kerbin basically.

It's not. Speaking of Mariner, @Rodger Got a request. The Mariner 2 solar panels have a base version and an extended version, both supply the same amount of EC. Could we get a little more EC out of the extended version? The base EC for the Mariner 2 default is 0.4. I think 0.5 for the extended version makes sense. The default version is made up of 4 segments while the extended is 5 segments. 0.1 EC per segment.
