  1. Don't know about the way down, but on the way up it doesn't seem to matter if landing gear are up, or down. You'd think having the landing gears down (extended, deployed) would be a big factor.
  2. Best, -Slashy Slash I know you always mean the best, but, sorry, I failed algebra in the 9th grade, so all those numbers mean nothing to me. I'm only questioning why, when you hit F-12, and landing gears are extended there are no red lines exhibiting drag. Wouldn't that be a major "drag"?
  3. You take off from the runway with your perfectly designed plane/spaceplane or whatever. You tuck in the landing gears just as it lifts off, and it looks so cool. Sometimes you forget. Hit F-12 to check out the aero-drag situation. Low and behold, it makes no difference if the landing gear are extended or retracted. One would think that it would be one of the first things to consider with the new (not so new) drag and aerodynamics. But I'll go on pretending, because at least it "looks cool."
  4. Wow , ok, didn't realize wanting to watch something KSP wasn't KSP. Especially enjoyed your cruel comment there too. real exciting.
  5. Iv'e already killed "Kenny" a couple of times tonight. Just wanting to watch some new ideas on how not to kill Kenny. Been playin' the hell out of KSP! - - - Updated - - - Thank you for that suggestion. I'll certainly look into that stream. Didn't know I'd get sanctioned for making a neutral statement. If this isn't about KSP, I don't know what is.
  6. There's not at least one live streamer on twitch doing KSP? There's four different games live, but none KSP, on the KSP forum?! I don't get it.
  7. I'm not clear on how you are doing this. Where are you launching from?
  8. Building fairings tend to make me nuts. They can be so finicky. I spend 10-15 minutes getting it just right and,,,oops, I forgot what ever it was and the fairing has to be removed. I carefully set it aside and see that it's just fine, fully intact. Then go to put it back to the same position,,, and poof! No fairing.
  9. I can't wait to play KSP on that old Bally pinball machine down in the basement!
  10. Sounds like most are looking for a 2.5,,and that would be awesome. Imagine the s--t you could do with that!
  11. Exactly, that and about another zillion designs and combinations! +1 bro
  12. I also am very excited over the new parts. The new Mk1 crew cab, fabulous. 2 Kerbs in a 1.25. the new designs are endless.
  13. Did you attempt to "survey" it? Heck, you might be able to fulfill the contract without even leaving the ground! That's definitely a bug and a big one at that. (pun intended)
  14. Definitely the new one. To me it just appears as something that could make it to space and back. And with the new two crew cab, the "glow" windows, I think it looks pretty sweet! And yes, it would be nice to keep the old one too.
  15. I understand and respect what your'e saying. However, about 95% of what your'e mentioning IS "General Discussion". Don't get me wrong though, a "General Complaint" category would thin out "General Discussion". Ah Jees, I can't get nothin'
  16. Welp' looks like no one cares. "SOIDA" Just kidding, it would be very interesting indeed. Max? a little help here?
  17. Wow!, Repeat after me, "This game is not my life!", "This game is not my life!"
  18. Ah yes, let's all raise a mug of Kerb-it-all, and celebrate! ("Kerb") was substituted for a "F" word. - - - Updated - - - Jeb"Donalds"
