I've jumped from the 1.5 versions to 2.0.8 and then 2.1.0 without problems. Maybe with the 2.0.8 version of MM? EDIT: Someone more with this problem? I'm quite intrigued by this...

I'm not able to reproduce your problem. Please try to reinstall, and tell me if that "solves" the bug.

Try to reinstall only the plugin folder of TR. I mean, delete "Plugins" folder inside TR folder and then put the new "Plugins" folder inside the installed version. Looks like some is wrong after merge that folder, a reinstall of that part should solve it.

Completely agree, but yet you can find a clear memory improvement in the last version, for sure. Step by step! You are doing an amazing job with this mod!
-
MM version is 2.1.0? I don't have that problem. Let me try to reproduce it. EDIT: have you @Default.cfg and KSPRC.cfg in the TR folder?

To compliment the poll: I've been using ALCOR for my tests, and testing ALCOR by itself. First, thank you Alex, for bring to the game (immo) the best capsule and the most awesome inmersion experience in KSP... EVER. No competition here, with the permission of KSO. I pledge a donation as soon as my personal economy go better. This "small thing" you have here is full of very-good-taste (huge and small) details. Sputnik pioneers photos!? Flight Manuals!? Clocks!? Different light modes!? several very well placed windows!? the best RPM implementation ever!? ... I can go on... Any thing you look here is so well done that seems like a totally finished product. I totally support the request for a work in Squad, for complete. But the most outstanding of your work: you can use this with a lot of other mods, in WIP, barely with NO problems! On the contrary! other mods usually compliment the so well done ALCOR exeprience. For example: if you use this with DOE you will find yourself looking the windows as in the real life!: from "far" distances (zoom out in you seat), you can't distinguish stars when you are close to a huge cellestial body... but as you get close to the windows, you eyes seem to get used to the darkness and you can see the stars! You can use it with A LOT of part mods, and then they look much more incredible and become much more usable with this... I'm in love with ALCOR. Seriously. This amaze me constantly and I enjoy playing it A LOT and thinking I'm handling a real space ship! Now, I feel the capsule a bit less responsive in the 0.8 version, but only when I use it in IVA HOTAS. From EVA perspective probably the difference is just imperceptible. There is some weird lights from the exteriors, like when you have the up window hatch closed, but the light still visible out of the frame. Any way minor problems, that for sure you are aware and handle it now. I wish to have some type of specific engine for this capsule, some in the Merlin 1D line, but kerbalized. I mean, some type of high-power/eficiency engine for the end gaming, in order to get the capsule with a yet realistic power, but capable of more crazy things and long rides in flight. But that is another question... Again thanks Alex, this is fantastic and so well done that encourage the rest of us to do much better things.

You can avoid SE witout too much troubles meanwhile pizzaoverhead brings up the new version, with dynamic loading. He is aware of the problem and is working to solve it. Which for sure will be a great step on for this pack, allowing less memory stuck.

Ey Shaw, just want to say many thanks for the last update. Seems to manage the memory much better and the game seems a bit more fluid. You are a master!
-
That was my real reason to come here now! Thank you for the reminder! NEWS: TR has been updated to 1.5 providing some memory savings, please, if you want to update to the new version, just avoid the "EnvMap" folder and merge the rest of the new version with your installed version.

Please let's remain calm. You need it. If you don't want it... that is another thing. Again, you can change the atmo color value in the RSS plugin, but you can't change the "vibrancy" of the color. Only the RGB color value. I don't know any mod for this game that can change the saturation or the contrast for the sky. That change is locked to the RGB color and some kind of transparency value for the gradients in RSS, the only mod i know who can change some type of value in that area.

And even then I am responding to this, and I do not care. Just upset that this type of unnecesary requests seems, at the end, much important than the pack itself. FOR EXAMPLE: you don't want Chatterer? It's OK. But then you never find the opportunity of decode one of the sstv REAL signals. Have you done that? Yes, a small detail, but a small detail that only you are rejecting atm, and pushing to think to other people that is completely irrelevant, when in some case, is irrelevant for you.

"blah blah blah"? That is maybe the problem. Not my english. You can't have texture replacement without TR. You can't have atmo. or bodies FX without EVE. You can't have rocket FX without HR or CR. You can't have personalized music without SE. An so on... That are dependencies, from any perspective. Obviously you can install wathever you want. And not as I intented this, but why I must be responsible for that? KSPRC is mainly a pack of modifications for his dependencies. A pack of modifications for some mods. It's specified in the OP. DISCLAIMER: THIS MOD OVERWRITE TEXTURES AND CONFIG FILES FROM SOME MODS! I'm not responsible if you accidentally overwrite any of your previous stock or personalized files or configs!! For the best and most secure installation, put this pack on a clean installation of KSP. If you can't or you don't want to do it, please, do a backup of all your personalized data before use this. This mod is intended as a pack, if you use it in other way I can't respond for the derivated problems. <<<<------ HERE

Are newbies the problem or maybe your saturated GameData folder? I call it "dependencies" because you NEED them if you want to play this, as it was intended (an enhancement of the base game). Very, very similar question is explained 5 post before you. If you don't want some part of the pack, then do the install without it. No problem. But but please, stop to claim about more or less necesary parts in the pack only because you don't use or want some concrete part. The install are three steps (2 and 1/2 in fact), but you are right: I must re-do the OP and the pack info and instructions, because my english must be much worse than I think... I'm feeling myself repeating the same, again and again, and sometimes I have a huge feel of incomprehension. <---------- From the OP main image. <--- from the OP, disclaimer textThis mod is, for complete, a visual/artistic modification and is simply unusable without the dependencies. Check it. Download the pack and look inside: it's only textures, configs and some sounds. Only the navball changer is included, as public domain, and RSS was added in the last update thanks to NathanKell, but is only the plugin, not the RSS mod which uses it. So absolutely nothing here is "needed". And that is why this is a pack, a compilation, because is created to be something more, especially as an overall of configs and visuals/sounds. Finally: Unrealistic is a 25% of pure white sky in the horizon. You can change the atmo color values in the RSS plugin, but just that: only the pure color. So you can't change the contrast or the saturation, wich is your real problem. Not the color. But anyways, only the color was changed here to be more warm and realistic. The saturation is the same in the stock game, and in fact is little lower here: because in order to eliminate the white horizon effect I can only (for the moment) use the RSS plugin to change the start/end visual parameters of the stock game atmo. That makes, visually, the atmosphere a little bigger... but you can't see the effect, as this begins "under earth" and ends at the same point as before. So you see the same stock atmo, but a little less saturated, since the original gradient starts a little earlier, and it becomes transparent at the end, as the original does. Do you understand me? Maybe my english is just a bunch of ª!"··$%...

Other not necessary but highly recommended mods for the best experience: <------ You can read this in the OP before the ALCOR suggestion This is a compilation. Is in the name. And is intended to be a global experience/enhancement of the vanilla game, so SoundTrack Editor is a dependency for the music intended for the pack. You want to rip the pack for you personal use? Fantastic!, go on. But why should I avoid a part of the pack, just because you don't want that part??

Many thanks Faark! I hope you can reach a full compatibility with TR in the future.
-
I wish I could do it... but it's a photo-edition from a Squad's original image, I don't dare to redistribute it beyond the OP and his informative/humorous purpose. But don't worry! New original art related to KSPRC is coming! ... and soonTM from LaikaSIR Common Enterprises. Great shots Castun! I like you lander style!

Sadly I want this precisely as TR complement, to use it in KSPRC. So I'm stucked at the same point as always...
-
I'm afraid in my case is not (I have all the dependencies)... My LOD log (as least now I have logs!) : https://mega.co.nz/#!soMxTQ7C!vIsKcfIrVaQiqOXeidU-gjgdSLTwozJC1sdNjKwl8ZE Most of textures appears as pink/black pattern, randomly some of them loads well, but the normal maps are wrong too. BTW, I have now a huge amout of .THUMB files...
-
Will be the next version fully compatible with the texture compression/replacement?, or will have the next version some type of texture management? I love this concept but can't use it if this don't handle well ATM and/or TR.

Great concept and execution. I was tempted to do something similar in Eve for KSPRC. Very well done, again, Astronomer. -

Amazing shots czokletmuss!! Are you using airbags in the Laythe one? May I know which ones? Just storm clouds, no weather FX for the moment. The blue tint is done just with an plain layer (+color & transparency configs) in EVE.
