I'm kinda nervous about the Dreamchaser as the original Dreamer mod was taken down from KerbalStuff because of a trademark infringement notice from SNC. *facepalm* This is dumber than all of the false YouTube DMCA notices combined. -

Could you make a patch or optional version that works with Ven's Stock Revamp? The only parts that have reflective windows (and solar panels) if VSR is installed are the Mk. 2 Cockpits, the Mk.2 passenger module,the OX-2L 1x3 Solar Panels (also the covered ones, I think), and the Mk. 1 inline cockpit.

The "Design Goals" section of the OP (Original Post) is a little confusing. Could you consider making it a little easier to comprehend? Correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I can get out of it, this mod will basically add Space Engineers-esque beacons? -
How about you have a choice between a fuel tank without the probe core built-in, to be used with a separate probe core part; and a fuel tank part with the probe core built-in. To make everyone happy! You could do it easily by just making a part where the probe core is welded to the passive (the one without the probe core) fuel tank.

It would be better to have it integrated into the fuel tank itself, as fewer parts = less memory usage, which ='s less lag.

How did a mod infringe copyright? I pretty sure nobody was making any money off of it. Is it because the Dreamer looked too similar to SNC's Dreamchaser? But, the Dreamchaser is really just NASA's cancelled HL-20 with hybrid rocket motors and a new heatshield; meaning that technically most of the Dream Chaser is of NASA-origin, not SNC. So SNC really should only have a trademark on the HRMs (Hybrid Rocket Motors), the heatshield, the name "Dream Chaser", and the logo; not everything. IMO automated copyright infringement bots (that's what I'm assuming gave this notice) often see something as infringing copyright when it really isn't. For example, in this case no money was being made off of this mod that I know of (even though it was ArtWhaley's original creation), and isn't copyright infringement when someone makes money off of someone else's copyrighted material? So it seems that the notices are handed out if something looks too similar to copyrighted material, regardless of whether or not anyone is making money. Anyway, could you provide the notice?

This mod did it, so it must be possible. Will the Falcon 9 be modelled after the Falcon 9 V1, V1.1, or the next one (V1.2?)?

Also, could you not be able to see the far side of the Mün (and other tidally locked bodies) initially and also pictures of other planets would be blurry until you send a probe out to visit them?

The Falcon-9 first stage needs some kind of probe core integrated into it. Also, the engines should be all one part, but use the RAPIER engine switch module to switch from all engines to the center one only. That would save on memory by eliminating 8 parts entirely. If you could make a SHERPA for the Cargo Dragon, that would be great. I have some name suggestions: SHEEP for the SHERPA and Elon (in honor of Elon Musk) for the Cargo Dragon.

Could you make a titanic pack with an iceberg? I think the bathysphere needs a very strong reaction wheel and a built-in RTG because the included one isn't powerful enough to rotate it when enough ballast is attached to make it sink, I find that about 100 tons of compressed water is adequate to make it descend.

Well, the next U.S. President NEEDS to do some kind of Kennedy-esque challenge to the nation in order for the SLS to survive. Congress thinks NASA is a big waste of money, but they threw money at it for Apollo. We need them to do that for SLS/Orion.
