Then there's "New Members", which is for brand-new members who haven't yet posted enough to get out of the queue, and still need to have their posts approved by a moderator. Other than that, the ones you cite above pretty much cover it. There are, technically speaking, a few other ones, but they're practically unused in the forums these days and aren't worth discussing in detail.
