Another crash to desktop from VAB. I picked up a free strut floating beside the ship this time. I did some undo/redo before that. Similar error message as Nov 12.

Infinity or NaN floating point numbers appear when calculating the transform matrix for a Collider. Scene hierarchy path "strutConnector/model/ReStock/Assets/CompoundParts/restock-strut-1(Clone)/strut_main_anchor/strut_main_SPHERECOLLIDER"

I would just try removing Restock but I'm using Restock+ parts on ships in my career.

Yes. Both ends actually. I removed the strut, removed boosters, set them to the side, then reassembled. Looks like Nov 12 crash also had a part removed and reattached. I know it's not much to go on so far. I hope others report if they have similar issues.

Hi, I was trying to figure out how to use the Experiment Return Unit but it kept being treated as debris and destroyed after detaching from my test probe, despite setting up auto-deploy chutes, because debris doesn't get loaded when it's far away if I understood correcetly. I googled for an answer and in this thread everyone keeps referring to the ERU as a control core, but in the current ckan version of the mod it's not a probe core, just a science container. Am I misunderstanding how to use it?

The changes to the docking ports are in the file GameData/Restock/Patches/Coupling/restock-docking.cfg

If you delete that file or change its file extension to something other than .cfg (e.g. .disabled or .off or .txt) then the docking ports should all revert to the stock style. If you only want to revert some of the docking ports and keep others then you can open the file in a text editor and delete out the sections for the parts you don't want to keep.

So that's interesting, it looks like you (or something) modified this file since the last time KSP was run:

Hello I love both mods and i couldn't live without Restock, but as an IVA user it hurts so much to see the lack of them, I know that you won't redo the IVA's but could you add internal model shells so it's possible for others to make or port IVA's? I don't know anything about modding, so if I said something stupid and totally nonsenical please correct me, I would love to learn more!

Available via GitHub, Spacedock and will be indexed on CKAN in due course.

I just downloaded both mods on the latest version, and Restock+ parts don't appear on the part list, but loading crafts with them work just fine.
Also thank you for fixing those bugs, mainly the micro landing legs and the nodes on the 3,75 Galleon variant, I love using it to make Saturn IC from Eyes turned Skyward :rolleyes:

Hi @CanOmer, its been a while, but I've gotten around to adding ModuleCargoPart volumes to all of the Restock+ parts using the mod KSP Part Volume to generate the volumes of the parts (and a little manual calculation in Blender for some of the animated parts). Are there any missing that you can think of? The most volumetric, storable part in stock is 2400 litres and I stopped for the RS+ parts at 2700 (or there abouts).

Is anybody else experiencing this? I cannot replicate this.

Just checked the engines only (with MH) and they seem OK. Using CKAN. KSP 1.12.5

Is strange, the only thing I updated since the Restock 1.4.4 Update was KSPCommunityFixes. I reinstalled 3 times and it still happened
 

Here you can see on the search mode for 1.875m parts, they appear, also all the craft that use Restock+ parts also appear.

And I have found that it happens with ALL the new parts that Restock+ adds

EDIT: I also tried without Community Fixes or reverting to the last version, and its the same. I don't know if its the changes from ReStock+ and conflict with other mod.

I'd revert to previous Restock+ to prove that fixes it, to get a good baseline. I also have KSPCF, Hangar Extender and RCS build aid. I don't recognize all your mod icons. Post logs. No doubt I can help, but no one can without logs.

Yes, I tried having the previous versions of Restock and Restock+ and is still happening. I will load it again with the latest version and upload the LOG.
The most strange thing is that it only affects the new parts of Restock+

EDIT: Found the problem, I have the Making History DLC but I always delete or prune all the parts because the Restock Plus ones are much better in my opinion, but because the patch for Making History is still detecting it, ALL the parts from Restock+ are hidden on the part catalog as "TechHidden" and no category.
So the solution was to just delete that patch file.

The Restock+ parts that hide themselves if MH is installed will share the same models as the MH parts if Restock is installed. You can confirm this by, for example, looking at the configs for the RE-I2 "Skiff" in Restock and the config for UR-2 "Caravel" in Restock+... they both point to the same model at 'ReStock/Assets/Engine/restock-engine-caravel-1'.

There may be minor stats differences to the parts i.e., thrust, Isp etc. where the team felt it was more appropriate but the models and textures will be the same.
