I would be inclined to think this is impossibly, ridiculously difficult, but seeing you guys spelling out such simple sentences without the first letter of our lexicon I will now show you people how it's done.

To be honest, it's pretty simple.

Omg, how is a pErEgrEph like this even possible :o :o

1. You used the first letter of the English letter set
2. This isn't the 'remove or switch one letter from the previous post' post string.
3. Your profile pic is one cute dog.

I wrote three sentences without the first letter in English's letter set. Does this still count?

2. Wrong thread, but without an A

I’ll throw the responsibility onto my phone screen which could be described to be, “Tiny.”

This sentence does not hold the first letter of the English lexicon, nor the  first letter of the "Deutsch" lexicon, which I think correspond.

(((Phew! I needed to look up a few synonyms for this!!! Deutsch means German; It's the German word for German, but German contains the letter A, so I needed to figure out a way around that.)))
