There is currently not a fix for it. The deployed bases work, the edit feature does not. In KSP 1.11.2 and lower versions KK should work normally. I replaced it with the suggested replacement (UI.Text) and recompiled, and it seems to work. Can you please test this? The toolbar icon is there and loads the toolbar button stuff, but none of the construction stuff works.
