Screenshot key for KSP2?

What is the screenshot key for KSP 2? I've tried F1 but that doesn't do anything, and I can't find it in Settings -> Input.

Don't know if KSP 2 has one built in, but if you're using Windows you can use the Snipping Tool (Win+Shift+S) or the Game Bar (Win+G) which has many functions including still and video screen capture.

I don't think there is any ingame screenshot capability at the moment.

I simply use the "print" key, then ctrl+v everything to Paint and save it from there.

Windows 11 automatically saves screen prints to your screenshots folder and your clipboard.

If you're using steam, you can use the default screenshot button which is f12, and you can find your screenshots on your hard-drive by opening steam, clicking view in the top left corner, select screenshots, then select select in folder

Otherwise, you can use the built in windows screencapture feature, or snipping tool as other users have mentioned.

Bear in mind that using F12 also opens an aerodynamics debug readout, so it's a clunky one to use

Yeah, I've found myself double tapping f12 to take a clean screenshot.
I really just need to rebind the key.

Thanks for the hint, I guess you are refering to the  windows+shift+s combination which can be remapped to printscr.

I stick to WIN+ALT+PrtScr. Deposits nicely-named full-res screenshots into my Captures folder and works from almost every game. You do have to have Windows Game Bar enabled in your Windows Settings.

My bad. PrtScrn just saves to clipboard but Win+PrtScrn does save to Pictures\Screenshots and clipboard.

You can change that in the windows 11 settings. Just remapped it to printscr and it does both now without the need to use a combination. There's an option in accessability to do this.

Windows 11, using built-in Xbox functionality (I think).  I don't see any feedback in game that the screenshot was taken, but it was.

- Use:  Windows-Alt-PrntScrn

- Images Stored At:  Videos>Captures

For sure we can use F12, Snipping Tool or NVIDIA Shadowplay.

Now what about SCREENSHOT_SUPERSIZE? Aka supersampling. It made screenshots quite beautiful and hi-res in KSP 1.
