Tried to fly a plane on pol and there didn't seems to be any atmosphere. I got very close to the planet, within what should be the atmosphere, even said there was atmosphere present but i had no air intake on my craft or any resistance on the wings. I could deploy aerobrakes and they would have no effect. I could even go backwards without any problems. Anything that may cause this?

That's because Pol has such a thin atmosphere, wings, parachutes, or anything that requires an atmosphere won't work. Also, intakes won't work because Pol doesn't have an oxygenated atmosphere.

Is the "Always Night" bug in the KSC still present in 0.6?

Yes, it's not an easy fix. But, it doesn't make a huge effect on gameplay.

For some reason I can't focus on other planets / moons in the tracking center or the map. No right click available, and no double clicking to center focus. Only mods installed are KSS + EVE + Scatterer

Have you tried pressing tab?

yes, pressing tab & Shift+Tab cycles through the different celestial objects, but there are so many planets and stars and moons. Double clicking on a body doesn't work

Confirmed..... there is a game breaking bug within KSS 0.6 .....

Attempting to focus on a planet, moon, or object in the tracking center or map does not work.

I followed the installation instruction perfectly as instructed on the Installation.cgf

1. Installed a fresh version of KSP 1.2.2.1622 , ran KSP with zero mods

2. Installed Kopernicus + Modular flight integrator + Module manager...ran KSP... (I am still able to successfully double click focus on planets)

3. Installed KSS... ran KSP and now I am not able to double click focus on planets, or moons within either the tracking center or the map.

Are you able to focus your view on other planets or moons in the tracking station or map?

#2

Not a big deal just pointing out the misspelling of "asteroid"

Have not yet tried. What is not working?

Please load KSP with KSS properly installed as per the instructions then go into the tracking center and report back if you are able to focus on another planet, moon, or star by double clicking on the celestial body.

It's an exosphere... it is so faint it cant affect your craft.

Can you provide logs? I did not encounter this bug so i'd like to see what causes it.

Here is my log for the non-working focus on a body. I confirmed the problem with KSS because there are no other mods installed and with KSS installed, the problem exists, but then after I delete KSS, the problem disappears and Focus now works, then I install KSS, and the problem returns.

I tried it out. It works in the tracking station, but not when you press 'M' in flight (you can only focus on stars at that point).
