Steam/Squad/Epic? Planning on getting a hotfix out for SYD due to the git trash today/tomorrow.

  4. @TruePikachu the video shows - however, 1.12.5 - KSP_x64.exe launched directly from a custom script that only archives the log before launching the game. Game is from Steam. no dlc's included (iirc, removed to speed loading game due to all the restarts). which brings another thing into this - where is the game from? (three locations - including steam, Squad, and Epic). How is it launched? I ask because the term 'monkey patching' has come up; along with the possibility that module manager was distributed compiled in debug mode. Yes, kindly do see if you can get a pure stock install to duplicate flowgraph. Also - @Lisias has lots of insight into this. Let's do the whole say his name three times @Lisias @Lisias! trick to summon him!
  5. Has been adopted, thank you @ManuxKerb! New thread here: Suggest this thread now be locked.

  7. Eureka, I believe @TruePikachu has found the probable culprit. KSPCF mucks around inside KSP through Harmony and, well that statement is self explanatory; KSPCF fixes are well intentioned, but the laws of unintended consequences have bit them in the rear of their space suits. I will state this in plain English - KSPCF is probably incompatible with most addons that don't use Harmony, and even some of those. Too many monkey patches affecting too many things. I would do another test like I livestreamed above, but installing Harmony runs afoul of the EULA/TOS (or so my legal advisor says) so I won't; however would be fun to see a plain jane install with KSPCF+SY installed and a live log open...
  8. where did you download it from? CKAN and SpaceDock are no longer supported; and no longer updating this forum due to recent changes. Sorry to hear that, need more information from you to answer. 1.12.5 works.
  9. @Morphyum thank you for the report! +1 ! Really do appreciate the GitHub bug report as well (with logs). Very helpful. Kindly see the post immediately above yours, and please do watch the video. It is a live stream of me trying to break SYD - and the log is shown live; along with a LogFusion filtered version. Do you have KSPCF and or Harmony installed?
  10. thank you @John007qwe +1 misplaced comma at the end of a node. kindly file a bug report https://github.com/zer0Kerbal/SpaceYLifters/issues/ and will have it next release. Sent a temp patch via other.
  11. Hello @blacsky33 ! I have left you a direct message.

  12. @Spike88 since haven't used it to prune parts. won't comment about JC. However you should just be able to delete the part.cfg's (/Parts/) to remove the unwanted parts; yes the textures will still remain but they aren't overly resource intensive. Concerning TweakScale ( @Lisias ) this addon doesn't include a Tweakscale patch so 95% certain that TweakScale cannot be your issue. Kindly keep me updated here and/or See GitHub Discussions.
  13. @Ramzes89correct. Parts have changed, some allot; all part names have/will change (with a hidden copied version with the original part name included (Ghostparts.cfg) Because of this only releasing parts which have been updated enough so that any further updates won't interfere nor should jeopardize saves. The Ghostparts.cfg is a tested and proven technology which recently just got a whole lot better; because of this new tech this next release the plan is to release all (most) of the remaining parts to be upgraded. These newly included parts won't be fully upgraded, but upgraded far enough to be useful and any further changes won't interfere/risk existing saves/craft. This also is applicable to SpaceY Expanded; FTP; WoS; MRS; and others. I am currently pushing through the five LazTek addons with two out-the-door, another hopefully tomorrow followed closely by the remaining two @Ramzes89 and @luna_cat both are correct.
  14. @Spike88 it should be. You can just delete the part.cfg and it won't show up. Plan is to release a new version in the next couple of weeks.
  15. no - that's totally a broken biome. CurseForge.com - SpaceDock Overwolf App - [snip]
  16. Thank you @Nate Simpson! quietly awaiting officially sanctioned modding ability. You have my email if you would like me to test it!
  17. thank you @Grimmas - is what I suspected; just need to either revert changes to the folder structure or update the pointers in the code; better yet make the pointers in the code more flexible and based upon the location of the actual plugin (.dll) which would also allow it to function in the Epic Games version.
  18. @Grimmas +1 thank you for the bug report! Am aware of this, and will be getting to it. Should be a simple fix since it just started happening this last version. Would you try downgrading to the previous release and see if that changes things?
  19. @Athur Dent glad to hear that! for legal and liability reasons am not putting archives (releases) on GitHub - and not including anything compiled in the repo itself. SCON bundles (with permission) the XPL dll - which is currently in a pre-release form so am only releasing on CurseForge; once XPL is in a release state will consider releasing on SpaceDock; but only if ckan is fully functioning first. https://github.com/KSP-CKAN/NetKAN/pulls
  20. Thank you @alexustas did a fantastic job with the initial mod @RayneCloud, and it is one of the addons I include in my own career game. Both are available on CKAN; however for the latest releases of the myriad of my adds-ons - always download from CurseForge. https://www.curseforge.com/kerbal/ksp-mods/stackinlinelights https://www.curseforge.com/kerbal/ksp-mods/silpatches
