  1. Possibly. I've been using BDB in reborn for a while now and to me it feels perfectly balanced (as all things should be). You may be using inefficient or too demanding launch trajectories, that's the main thing I can think of. If I could get a look at your MechJeb settings (if that's what you're using), or a description of your launch profile that'd be great.
  2. I think I'm really pushing the limit with what I can launch on a mostly unmodified Saturn IB Today's module for EOSS Skylab is ESA's Columbus Laboratory with a whole load of science
  3. The scaling on the MLP pad is a bit off given it was originally designed for the cormorant shuttle, so a fair bit of use of the offset tool is needed.
  4. Saturn IB Wetlab... And LM-ATM... Combined to make a new space station! (I haven't decided on a name yet, maybe something like EOSS Skylab?)
  5. This question has already been asked and answered: Maybe later, i just began modding and there are not a lot known about it.
  6. Aurora Borealis? At this time of year, at this time of day, in this part of the country, localized entirely within your computer!? Looking absolutely stunning, I can't wait for release!
  7. Saw this morning's launch from 27km away:
  8. (more what did I do in KSP this past week, but) I decided to get a feel back for the game after playing with a heavily modded install for some time, and so started a mostly stock science mode playthrough: Untitled Space Craft 3 (or maybe 4, I can't remember) on a grassy knoll shortly after the first circummunar flight: Untitled Space Craft 5 at the first Munar landing: Untitled Space Craft 6 at the second (and nearly fatal) Munar landing: Untitled Space Craft 6A at the first Minmus landing:
  9. SAF = Simple Adjustable Fairings It's a plugin that allows for the specifically textured and modelled farings in this mod. From the OP: And SLA = Spacecraft LM Adapter (yes that is an acronym inside an acronym) Refers to the four jettisonable panels around the top of the S-IVB that enclose the LM and mount the Apollo spacecraft:
  10. If my computer doesn't immediately spontaneously combust I'm going to be surprised. This looks absolutely stunning and I can't wait to try it out in the full release! EDIT: It's also going to give me an incentive to actually land my shuttle missions on a runway rather than just aim for north america
  11. BDB has complete support for Waterfall (basically every engine has a config) so no extra configs are needed.
