  1. Everything is working as intended....except the things that aren't. Jokes aside. (Sarcasm is my default nature.) I'm just glad you weren't actually ignoring the behavior. You must understand how frustrating it can be to feel like you're shouting into the emptiness of space. I almost gave up on you guys several times. I've spent some 7 years following this game. It's consumed so much of my life. To feel like bugs were being ignored; that the game wasn't going in the right direction. It hurt more than it should have. I was ready to stick with 1.3.1, take my ball, and go home. Now we have the long needed art revamp. There's a dv indicator. ...and now more and more information displayed. ...and a precision maneuver tool!? As I said in another thread, you're making me believe again. ...and right as I was just about to lose hope and even leave the forum. It's strange how we get attached to such things. Keep it up.
  2. Despite this being intended behavior and not a bug, I can't express my gratitude that it was changed. I was able to successfully drive my test rover through my test tunnel several times at various speeds. Nothing exploded from invisible walls! It was incredible! It only took a year, but I can finally move on from 1.3.1! Glorious days! Umm...you do realize you're posting in a thread about the PC exclusive 1.7 update? An update exclusively for the platform that made the game what it is? No.
  3. Being 2D and pixel based doesn't mean a game has poor visuals. It's why I hate the term "graphics." What does that even mean? The fact is, that little 2D game has a far more interesting and consistent art style than KSP. At least until recently. KSP is slowly coming around. Not the quality of Restock, but it's better than oil drums. Please. Let's not start with that again. This is a suggestion for stock.
  4. Yeah. Being a kid tends to mean you're poor. I started working at 14 to alleviate this.
  5. As would I, but we've also been waiting for all of these things since 2011. If you've been around since the beginning of early access. We only just recently got DV calculations. It's hard to give Squad to much leeway. As all the things mentioned have been posted in this very "Suggestions and Development" subforum since, what seems like, this forum began. Graphics, at the very least, would provide a selling point for any of the remaining folk still on the fence after all these years. Which must be a number that's becoming smaller and smaller with every passing update.
  6. Sounds easy enough. See, Squad. Problem solved. I expect progress by the end of the week. Umm... Goodness. The game looked dated from the get go. Let's not use "cartoony" as excuse for poor art. There's plenty of not so great art in KSP. The part revamp is a step in the right direction.
  7. Cost balance is out of scope for Restock. So, I doubt you'll see a change here. Squad cost balance is certainly all over the place. It's unfortunate. I've ranted on this before, and this is probably not the place to do it again.
  8. Half that price. Oh, wait. I forgot about the inflated GPU costs.
  9. At some point, if there's not a sequel coming (which I think there is), they're going to need to drop the "old PC" excuse. This is 2019, not 2011 (early access), or even 2015 (release). It's been a long time since the first minimum specs were set. Back in my day, if you wanted to play a game and your computer couldn't handle it, you paid the money and upgraded. That's life. We can't all be catered for. If KSP really wants to be a game as a service and last a decade, at some point it's going to need to make that leap forward in the specs department. It already looked dated visually in 2011. The art revamp is a step in the right direction. I think it's time we rethink the "will it run on my 10 year old potato" excuse.
  10. I'm pretty sure I'm already on the blacklist for this sort of thing. What has the world come to when Instagram is on this list but not the "official" forum.
  11. Dude. We've been doing it for years. Mods make KSP worth playing.
  12. That's literally every game you buy. I don't agree with it either, but it's not just KSP. Heck. That bluray you bought? That's just a license to watch that movie in private when a specified number of people. We don't actually own any of the media we buy anymore. At least not according to the companies who make them.
  13. Holy Kraken. That site gives me flashbacks. I felt like I was downloading a virus just by looking at it. That's about as sketch as you get.
  14. If people could stop pointing out the little things Squad messed up on that'd be great. My face is getting sore with all this constant face palming.
