We are gonna have to figure something out (my idea - a deployable system you surface attach in a streamlined mount) to let people store cryogens for extended periods of time. Ares has to happen at some point!

Well yeah, that's as designed. I'm just surprised that the S-I could lift it still. Last I heard it had TWR and dV issues.
