  1. Welcome to the Idiot's club. We've all been there at some point in our pasts Glad it's working
  2. Glad we are all in agreement :-) I'll be releasing the update to the Mk2.5 Spaceplane Parts over the weekend which will include the Beluga noses featured in the video. I also think I know how to eliminate the flickering when trying to move an animation below the minimum, will test and release that over the weekend as well (assuming it works)
  3. I see. OK, I've merged in the changes that RO has done in to a branch, will look into fixing a couple of bugs and releasing it soon. My version is for stock, but includes all the changes for RO
  4. No, but it might explain why it works better for you than me. Anyway, seems to be ok now. The attach node specified had to be offset for some reason, but seems to be good. I'll be doing more testing over the weekend
  5. Ok. I looked at the log again. You are missing the CilckThroughBlocker, it's a dependency. I know you said you installed it, but the log file shows that only the directory is there, but there is no DLL being loaded. You can verify this by looking in the directory. If you looked at the log file, search for: ClickThroughBlocker.dll there should be two lines, including a line which looks similar to this: Non platform assembly: R:\KSP_1.6.1_dev\GameData\000_ClickThroughBlocker\Plugins\ClickThroughBlocker.dll (this message is harmless)
  6. I had to change the attach_node, it was configured wrong. Re. your game, are you running editor extensions?
  7. I think I figured it out. The attach node was misplaced and at the wrong angle. So, if the fin was placed exactly right, the animation for the parachute goes in the wrong direction; exactly right meant being exactly 90 degrees vertical. The normal KSP editor isn't so exact, but I use Editor Extensions, and was hitting this most of the time. I have some more testing to do, but much happier now. Only thing left is to move the parachute up so it is coming out of the base of the fin rather than a meter below
  8. I was testing in 1.6.1, but am trying it in 1.7 now. Sadly, it happened here, in a new game with the same plane Regarding Steam, do the following: Right-click on the game in the Library, select Properties Click on the BETAS tab In the top dropdown, select the version you want steam to install
  9. That's not a disadvantage. Any idea which one it was?
  10. Ok. I'll look at it this evening Edit: It just loaded for me in 1.7. After placing the part, right click on it, and click the "Toggle NRAP window" button The window should show at this point.
  11. I've sent a message to @benjee10 about this mod. It needs a little work to make it work well in 1.6.1 & 1.7, and I've offered to adopt it. I was hoping that he had used the same cross section as the Mk2.5 Spaceplane Parts, but it just a bit off, so while the parts can be attached together (after resizing),they don't quite match.
  12. If you get similar speeds to the Steam download, then it's most likely upstream of you. At that point, try calling your ISP tech support, could be an issue with the modem or something else
  13. I found the following in the log file: Cannot find a PartModule of typename 'ModuleSPU' Do you ever have RemoteTech installed? The above error is happening on each of the two NRAP parts, it's related to RT I don't see anything obvious in the log other than that. I'll try it in my 1.7 install this evening
  14. The post was updated last year, it now has the following:
  15. Been a while, but you could mount it on a small rover and then position the rover where you want it
  16. Do you have the dependency install? It's listed in the OP Dependencies Click Through Blocker If it is installed, then please post a link to a log file
  17. @Snark The IVA on the MK2POD_IVA was too far back and was causing visual issues (ie: the floor/bulkhead was in front of the Kerbals' eyes). I've added an offset so that it will be visible properly. This was causing problems both on the flight scene, where the portraits are shown, as well as when showing the see-through of the vessel PR is here: https://github.com/KSPSnark/MissingHistory/pull/5
  18. New release, 1.4.6.5: Fixed initialization of the CTIWrapper Merged PR by @cakepie for fetching the kerbal icon note that I am aware of two outstanding issues: Recovered, edited plane disappears after saving Recovered crafts in the editor don't reset I hope to be finished with my current project (ModuleSequentialAnimateGeneric) soon, and will then be able to look at these two issues. There is also the following enhancement I'd like to implement: Add info about science to message window
