  1. It's optional, in that it doesn't have to be there, but if it is, then it will be used automatically
  2. Here you go: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1khh0qv86e5x1u0/B9DemoPlane.zip?dl=0 Just put the plane on the runway, start the engines and get moving, then hit the space bar. The parachute will go backwards
  3. I have no idea how to do that. Let me know if you want a test ship which shows the issue. No need to fly, this happens on the ground, at taxi-ing speeds
  4. It's somewhat random., but my impression is that it may be related to how far forward it is, but then again, I've had it go the other way. Best I can suggest is to try it
  5. Not immediately. MaxQ was at about 60-70 seconds, they throttled down just before that
  6. Looks like you don't have the dependencies installed. They were added to a previous version, so I didn't call it out in the OP, I'll add that now: Dependencies Click Through Blocker ToolbarController
  7. You will need to configure it to display using the ToolbarController (yellow wrench). In there you can specify where you want the icon to display
  8. Ok. So, if you hit "quote" at the bottom of a post, the entire post is quoted. In order to only quote a little bit, select the part you want to quote, and a little popup will show saying "Quote selection", click that and only the selected part will be quoted.
  9. It says the following in the OP: Dependencies Click Through Blocker ToolbarController
  10. Your opinion is valid, so you don't have to buy it. But, why did you have to quote the ENTIRE OP to express your opinion? And, did you read my post and others which referenced it? If they dont' charge enough, then they will go out of business, and at that point, there will be no more updates to the game.
  11. A bit confusing, I’ll agree. the version of the mod is 1.7 the first number is the version of the game it was compiled against. Assuming you are playing on 1.7, use the 1.6 version
  12. Something not addressed in this conversation is, who is the intended audience of the DLC? Obviously many people on the forum use mods, and in many cases, mods fulfill a person's needs. But I would wager that probably 75%-90% of the customers have never installed a mod, for any number of reasons, but probably because they just want to enjoy the game. I've also heard the number of more than 1 million sales. Using these assumptions, lets also assume that only a quarter of them will purchase the DLSC. A guesstimate of potential customers of this would be something like this: 1,000,000 * 75% *25% * $15 = $2,812,500. Peanuts to a company like Take-2, but enough to justify further development. And I tried to be very conservative in my guesses , so if instead of a quarter purchasing, it's half, that would double the potential revenue. Being a mod author as well as a mod maintainer, I've had the experience of having a mod that I wrote and spent a lot of time one, get deprecated (PDPN) by a new stock feature. I cheered, because that is something l don't need to support anymore. Another mod I support, TakeCommand, was also made stock, and again, I cheered. When you look at the total number of modders, the number has decreased quite drastically over the years. I wish it were not so, but that's life. And expecting new modders to come along is not realistic. There have been a few new modders, and a lot of retired modders. So, if the DLC isn't worth it to someone, they don't have to pay and can continue to use mods. It's their choice. In the end the marketplace will level things out.
  13. No need for a pr, I'll fix when I get home. I'm busy with another mod right now, and dont have time for this. Since I didn't write the mod, I cant make any suggestions right now
  14. First off, SEP deprecation was announced hours before this came out, and the author had no idea about this. Second, I'm not aware of any mod that requires the DLC. I also can't see an old, existing mod to require new modules (code) which will be supplied in the DLC. New mods, possibly.
  15. It's been explained many, many times. Squad made a mistake, they were called on it, they said OK, and set a date at which time the mistake would be canceled. Doesn't matter if anything was released.
  16. Ummm, just off the top of my head: Airplane Plus Mk2 Expansion RLA Reborn SXT Continued and there are others. I literally thought of these immediately, without doing any searching
  17. You finish the Tacos in , say, 15 minutes, so the $5 is equal to about $20/hour. The $15 for the DLC will give you hundreds of hours of enjoyment, equaling less than $0.20/hour. Which is giving you more value?
  18. So, if this isn't worth $5, what, in your opinion, IS worth $5?
  19. My bad. I'm so used to people not installing dependencies for my mods that it's an automatic responce. It appears there aren't any dependencies, but we still need a log file
  20. Log file, and please describe which vessel has the camera and which is the active vessel
  21. Please post a link to the full log , snippets aren't useful because there is other information elsewhere in the log which aren't errors, but needed
