Just an update for those who are waiting. A really nasty bug cropped up, it's taken me several days to figure out. But I just did, I think I have one major bug left before giving it to a test for a quick review and then releasing. Be patient, it will be before the end of the month. LGG -
This is the old, unreleased HoloDeck mod, which I've taken over, fixed a number of bugs and am enhancing. The author requested that I change the name. So, if you have a suggestion, please post it, I'd like (if possible) to have the name be a somewhat catchy acronym. Comments on these potential names: KSC Simulator Simulation Mode KSC Aerospace Simulator (KAS doesn't work, conflicts with kerbal attachment system) Kerbal Environment Laboratory Simulator (KELS) Kerbal Environment Simulator Laboratory (KESL) Thanks in advance

Next you you spectate, go to the flight line (ask first), and take a look. I don't know where you are, different regions of the country tend to focus on different things. When you are there, ask questions, like, how much does it weigh, what is the wingspan, etc. -

What is the status of this mod? I see it available in CKAN, v. 0.9.5.0.1, I see the interm release at the top of this page, there is some sort of patch, etc. I'm asking because I'm writing a mod which will (I hope) interact with KK, and I need to know if this mod is dead, alive, who to contact, etc. Help, please. The cessna, you mentioned. 11 meters in 1/4 scale will be a little over 8 feet. Not much bigger than the models I fly at 6 feet. Mine are 8-10 lbs, the weight increases by the cube of the increase (rule of thumb), so if I scale up mine, I would end up with about a 15lb model. Are you a flyer, or just a spectator? I ask, because I am a flyer, and I see this on a regular basis. What are you basing your statements on? -

You would be amazed at how many Quarter Scale and larger planes exist and are flying. I do fly RC, and see them all the time. Most of my planes are between 5 and 10 pounds in weight, but a very significant number of planes flying are much larger than mine. -
You know, this was an intense effort by a bunch of volunteers to replace something extremely quickly. Saying that they should provide better support is rather harsh. As you can see from the post which immediately followed yours, there are people monitoring this and responding. If you don't want to use IRC, that's your decision and I respect it. But please respect the people who are doing this. It's atitudes like what you just expressed (whether you meant it or not) which caused the @SirCmpwn to drop the project. I don't mean to be insulting, this was not meant that way. So please take this the way it was meant, as constructive critisicism. LGG They are. Spacedock is the same as kerbalstuff used to be (using the same software), CKAN is entirely optional.

So spaceport.info is now working, currently 47 mods there and increasing Is there anyone from CKAN here who can detail what needs to be changed in the net kan file? Main question is the $kref line, should it still say kerbalstuff, or change that to spaceport?

So, a few questions: 1. If this gets added to an existing save, what happens? 2. I wouldn't mind adding in support for this in my unmanned missions (and other contact packs), want to talk about it? 3. My new simulation mod should be released this week, might make sense to add some integration.
