Bleep bloop beep *descending whistle*... He is one with the Force now.

Seems to be just "follow user" stuff, my followed threads were unaffected.

I keep my water bottle within arm's reach...maybe I should put it upstairs so I have to walk about when I want a drink. Also, sometimes the most distant object I can see is the Sun. That might be bad to look at for those who don't have solar filters in the house.

It will be released as a Kopernicus plugin, meaning it will not have a working laser or be destructible by default. It will have a trench and a crater, though, and I will try to make it resemble the original as much as possible, including the fact that it is actual size. For the moment, it's still very crude and I don't really know how to do fancy stuff in Photoshop, but it will be an excellent learning experience. I believe I have all the Kopernicus "things" figured out now, so the only big thing left to do is the textures.
-
Yep, I got that figured out. I understand that, but since the crater is not on the equator it will have to be distorted some in the heightmap in order to appear circular in-game. I have not yet gotten it to work using the spherical mapping corrector I mentioned to you in another thread, but I have only used the default settings. I will experiment with some different settings to see if I can find the right one.

This Day in Spaceflight History

They got close to each other, didn't they? That sounds like a rendezvous to me. And they planned it as well as they could, with the launch times. -

9/10 you can take out all the unimportant stuff and leave the Einstein quote, then it would be 10/10.

LowLevelFatalError [File:C:\Projects\Adrift\UnrealEngine-4.11\Engine\Source\Runtime\RenderCore\Private\RenderingThread.cpp] [Line: 682] Rendering thread exception: Fatal error! Wha...? I have no idea where that came from...oh wait! It automatically puts the crash error in my clipboard! Cool! Adrift is buggy but awesome.

No, the matches die if they eat it. What if Jupiter actually is made of coffee? -

*sigh* I'm just going to leave this here... https://xkcd.com/154/ ...and walk away without watching the video or reading any of the comments on this thread. -
You're forgetting that the Mun is much smaller than Kerbin, thus it is completely covered by Kerbin's shadow. What you saw was looking at it from the side as it comes out if the shadow. There, a small circle of the Mun is outside the shadow while the rest is inside. Try looking at Kerbin exactly half a Mun orbit later; you should see the small, diffuse shadow of the Mun passing over the surface.
-
Scatterer causes eclipses to be rendered. That looks like the Mun partway inside Kerbin's shadow. Do you recall if Kerbin was close to the sun at the time? It should do that every orbit when it passes behind Kerbin.

Because it's not a banana. How many apples does it take to fuse into an orange?
