  1. Ah! It's because you had a misspelling. Its: -force-d3d11-nosinglethreaded You forgot the ED at the end of thread
  2. I think this may be due to the fact that EVE uses cube map clouds but I'm probably wrong. Maybe @Poodmund can verify? SVE does not currently use cube maps because it confuses my simple brain and I haven't ever noticed seams like that. So I'll have to say no, SVE doesn't do that @sDaZe I need screenshots!!!!!!!!!
  3. @Nansuchao Try reinstalling. It has never happened to me in game. If the problem persists ask on the kopernicus thread. This also might just be a cloud layer that isn't seamless I just bundled what was in the latest kopernicus. If you want to update it then do so. I'm sure it won't hurt anything
  4. latest update includes kopernicus. if you are experiencing the half clouded kerbin in the main menu, its fine. its not like that in game
  5. if you're using the 64 bit KSP, the complete line you need to add it's: -force-d3d11-nosinglethread
  6. I fixed em. I had to turn the detail value down from 80% to 12%. looks really good!
  7. that's what I plan on doing this coming update. I'm not a fan of the upload I have a data cap lol However I am implementing ground textures in this update so it might be almost the same size. The mods I included don't really take up much room, its the textures and I don't plan on getting rid of those
  8. Mechjeb works fine for me. I have never used kos
  9. What do you mean? They export as grayscale for me and not a lot of contrast. The only I can think of is my textures are too detailed which means little vertical and horizontal lines which cause aliasing
  10. All of the normalmaps are 1024 and all lines are horizontal and vertical. Would blurring the NRM help? Or turning down the detail?
  11. So I finally got my normalmaps to work correctly but I'm noticing that it's very "pixelated" for lack of a better word. More like a scrambled TV at certain angles. I don't know if I need to use the mipmap fade option (Or mipmaps at all) or if I need to just tone down the detail of my normalmaps and turn up the blur slightly. I plan on trying out what I can but if someone can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. @NathanKell I have seen your name pop up in a few Google searches related to normalmaps and such. Have any pointers that could help me and potentially other out?
  12. yes its a known bug with EVE. no fix for it yet besides removing city lights
  13. in the current version yes. i plan on altering the effects a little next update
  14. Yes steam at one point steam was running 64 bit by default but it switched back to 32. Try running it from where your ksp is installed. E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Kerbal Space Program\KSP.exe But run the 64 bit Now I'm off to sleeeeeeeppppppppp
  15. Are you running 64bit? From the looks of it you are not. You are running out of memory. Run the game in x64 and you should be fine
