  1. THESE ARE AWESOME!!! Are they going to be separate parts, or one part with an FSTextureSwitch or similar module?
  2. The docking ports in this mod are various models of APAS (black and grey), the ISS Common Berthing Mechanisms (silver-ish), and the ROTAS (gold-ish). None have Indicator Lights like the ports in your picture. Do you have Pico Ports installed by any chance?
  3. @Beale Are you planning anything new for the LES? Might I suggest a two-piece version that would replace the need for those little octo-girders on top of the Soyuz? Part #1: Basically the "new" Hippo LES Part #2: A piece that acts as the "end" of the fairing, but also a spacer between the docking port and the LES. The shape could be something simple like a bolt-type shape. This way we could jettison the LES, and still have a cap on the fairing for aerodynamic and aesthetic purposes.
  4. I changed the patch to not do the name change, but I think there was a problem involving Kerbalism. I'm going to do another test on a vanilla build with RB and see what happens. I'd love for Kerbalism to have an option to recognize and use RB.
  5. I tried exactly this, and all my parts were renamed to Real Battery names.
  6. What I'm aiming to do, is to replace all stock E/c storage, whether in batteries or in command pods/probe cores, etc. with Real Batteries, if that's even possible, and then make KSP use that, if that's possible.

  8. What "creative finagling" was required? I've been wondering if I could use BDB and RN's Skylab together. I'd love this, too.
  9. What would I have to put in an mm patch to allow for a hydrazine tank and a regular RF "whatever-fuel-applies" tank, as in a service module?
  10. Before docking, ensure the probe is in the extended position. Once you make contact, retract the probe and you should get a hard seal. If you're doing all this and you still can't get a good dock, then there's something wrong.
  11. Any way to modify Kerbalism to monitor Stored Charge for those of us using Real Battery?
  12. Howdy, folks! I'm playing with MM patches and this mod. My plan is to make a patch that, instead of cloning batteries, replaces any battery whether standalone or integrated into another part. I'm also looking into making a patch to work with AmpYear, making the reserve batteries use the Real Battery mechanics. Would this be something @Blackline would interested in?

  14. @damonvv I was looking into how to make those configs. I wanted to make them for BDB, but I haven't had much of an opportunity to play with it. I for one would be very interested in that.
  15. Anybody else's shuttle forgetting it has RCS? My RCS is enabled and MP resources are unlocked, but the shuttle is only using it's reaction wheels to rotate.
  16. Amazing work, Pak! I can't wait to try a shuttle flight tomorrow with all the new stuff, and I can finally get rid of the other mods I've been using to try to do the ET/SRBs that just clutter up my parts list.
  17. So I tested BDB without B9PartSwitch, and several parts vanished, including some fuel tanks. I'm going to try something else.
  18. That's my thought. I'm going to try to remove B9PartSwitch on my testing build, and see how that works.
  19. I think something is overriding compatibility. The Redstone rocket, for example, had the engine automatically set for Alcohol/LOX, which I believe was done by a config someone made a while back, (however the big Sarnus engines were set to Kerolox, and were not in that set of configs.) When I went to the fuel tank, to set the fuel up, there was no "Show GUI" button. There was, however, a slider thingy with different fuel types (LF/O, LH2/O, MP, etc...) I wonder if it has to do with B9PartSwitch, or Interstellar Fuel Switch, or even Cryo Tanks. I'm going to do a little investigating.
  20. So I installed Real Fuels, and it seems that all the engines immediately work with it, but the fuel tanks are another matter. Anyone know how to beat them into submission?
  21. Has anyone updated the RF configs that were linked a while back? I'd love to use my BDB Rockets with RF, now that it's been updated.
