    g'day

Hi Karl, welcome to the community Have fun playing KSP, now go launch some rockets
  2. Hi EterN, welcome to the community I have always wanted to visit Brazil, the women, the food, the women, the vistas, the women.... Did I mention the Brazillian women
  3. Hi SpannerMonkey, welcome to the community Can there be such a thing as too many add-ons? Maybe all at once would be bad but there is no reason to limit variety, so flex those modding muscles and show us what you can do From what I saw in your page, I wouldn't mind seeing some building mods that could spice up the KSC a little, or some stuff we can place on the moon. And putting a red London double decker into orbit would be fun
  4. Hi noncents, welcome to the community You have arrived just in time for the 0.17 version with all the new planets, the servers are slow at the moment though so downloading is difficult, maybe wait until things get back to normal.
  5. To be honest the patcher is not reliable on OSX because of Mono, the best thing to do is either download the full release of 0.17 from the store (the button image wont load but it's there) or run the patcher in it's own folder, not the game folder, so it downloads the full game. You should not need Wine to use the patcher on OSX, it uses Mono instead, and in Wine it'd just use the WineMono package, and when running the file, make sure you are in the same folder as the patcher.exe, open the terminal in that folder or navigate to it. See here guys, hope it helps.
  6. Yeah, the first after the Dev and Test teams
  7. MET? you should have a patcher.sh file that runs in OSX, if not, use the following line in a terminal: mono Patcher.exe You will need Mono installed.
  8. Download the New patcher from the store, the old one will not work.
  9. There is an official 0.17 release thread, I suggest you use that one

    Hey!

HiCryusaki, welcome to the community Pixel art rocks, and your pic is pretty good, looking forwards to seeing what else you do
  11. Both Independence War games are very good, capital ship combat and available on GOG.
  12. Space Rangers 2 would be one of my picks, I love that game, or FTL, or any number of old abandonware games
  13. Munar orbit rendezvous would be interesting, or making stunt planes perhaps. Also, you can use Spoiler tags to do just that, like this but sans spaces: [ Spoiler=ButtonName ]YourTextHere[ /Spoiler ]
  14. Here's HarvesteR's blog on what has been fixed for 0.17, I don't see this issue though, sorry.
  15. Hi RealHogweed, this is a fault with the Unity3D lighting system, Unity fix this or until Squad write their own, we are stuck with it.
  16. Hi Spaceghȫst, welcome to the community Plugins open up amazing possibilities in KSP, so I'll be looking forwards to seeing what you make
  17. Games I'm playing now aside from KSP: FTL, Spacechem, Rules of engagement 2, Minecraft. Games I want to play: Xcom, Enemy Unknown.
  18. Remember guys, KSP is a game, harmless speculation over strange pixels is harmless, questioning peoples honesty is not.
  19. Hi Sesni, welcome to the community, there's loads of people here who will help you out To help you get started here's a tutorial and here's another

  21. Hi Wingnutcros, welcome to the community Adding stock parts is an ongoing process, and 0.17 is on its way with new parts, though I don't know what yet. The Novapunch pack is now maintained by Tiberion. Put parts in the parts folder, .dll's in the plugins folder, and source code anywhere, it doesn't matter. Hope this helps
  22. I doubt there would be server/admin, the only game I know of to do time control in a multiplayer game is Defcon. This means, at best, that a handful of people could play together but warp would only work when all players had warp enabled, if one person stopped warping, all other players would have to as well. You'd have to wait your "go" and hope you didn't mistime your warp, it'd be a pain in the backside. Edit: Multiplayer has been discussed to death and then some, please search for topics before posting next time, thread closed
  23. No eelikay, multiplayer is not planned, and may be impossible, time warp and multiplayer do not work together.
  24. It's not that hard, it relies on shortcut keys a lot thats all. Tab changes to edit mode, A will select/deselect all, C gives you the vertice picker. S will scale parts or selected vertices, right click to cancel, left click to confirm,
