ok, what do you need for the issue ticket? never submitted one before. -
zoomed out pic incoming. its the stock upper stage that came with the model. core issues 1 by XRaiderV1.7, on Flickr you're seeing two part info tips there, the one to the left is the custom probe core. the one to the right is the upper stage that mounts to the bottom of the orion service module. the problem I'm having is an inability to match the probe core to the diameter of the upper stage.

its the upper stage I've connected the remote to...hang on..I'll do you one better and supply a screenshot. I cannot get the probe core diameter to match the upper stage at 4.00 meters. the probe core either goes to 3.75 or 4.38 meters. aka too big or too small. see screenshot. core issues by XRaiderV1.7, on Flickr

what is the part name if you're aware?

@Shadowmage do you have plans to include a remote control part that can be scaled up to match the other parts in the pack? for example, the SLS? I find myself in need of such a remote, and there are none in the diameter class of the core stage.

I've built enough apollo csms to know how they go together, so, thats not a problem. that said, removing sstu fixed the issue, so, something with sstu is causing it....

I'm not even sure how to report this bug, but SSTU has caused my apollo csm to develop the bad habit of self destructing whenever I stage any couplers on the capsule or service module, by that trigger the staging, I mean. I have had to, as a result, reluctantly remove, sstu from my game, and its a shame as I LOVE the two axis sun tracking solar array. this bug is related to the last version of SSTU, so am unsure if its been fixed in yesterday's release.

Ok...both the eft-1 and sls stacks perform amazingly, even in a mid launch abort. Concern retracted.

well, sometimes prebuilt inherit quirks from older config files..I'll try them as is and if needs be swap a few parts out to 'refresh' the config associations. sound good?

I dont suppose I could ask for, and receive, a list of parts needed to assemble the space launch system and the orion csm?

are there any REQUIRED dependencies that must be installed, even if one just wishes to play with the rockets and capsules?

I cannot wait for a chance to play with this capsule. question, how big is she compared to the stock kerbal capsules? so I can get an idea on what launchers would be suitable?
