  1. So, they can have human genders, human names, human facial features, human-like technological development... but god forbid we let them have the same same-sex relationships and gender dysphoria that humans can have? Weird place to draw the line. Is it even about how human they are in the first place...?
  2. Implying you absolutely need all those stars and not just the few dozen thousand needed?
  3. I don't see what's wrong with releasing these completed features in series so as to make sure that the community is focused on sharing feedback on one group of things at a time so that Intercept isn't overwhelmed with feedback on everything at once?
  4. The game has been in development for years and it's crystal clear that it would have been much smaller if not for the delays. I think either you're joking or you don't know what's going on.
  5. Is this implying the game is no longer getting improved as much after Feb 24th in your opinion, as compared to another delay and no early access? You're just going to forget the part where the devs said "we are opening EA because the game is in a state in which we think it's time to see what the community thinks"?
  6. Improving the game to be far beyond what it would have been if Intercept did cave in to community winging?
  7. The entire point of this debate is that Sci gave us a theoretical in which T2 does something so controversial that Intercept disbands from T2 and finishes KSP 2 on their own. Besides financing the project and publishing it, T2 going after them is also a problem. Do feel free to explain how Intercept would ever manage to avoid a hefty lawsuit if they tried to finish KSP 2 behind their backs.
  8. Well I had to dig through Wikipedia to find what you were on about, so it shouldn't be a problem.
  9. I don't see what that has got to do with anything? Modding =/= redistributing a game T2 doesn't want redistributing.
  10. Then Take Two sues them, game over. Really not a simple situation.
  11. Why would people need to warp in a race?
  12. Yes it will if you got a starmap app. And not in decades, but pretty much instantly.
  13. ...Am I missing something obvious? Because I'm pretty sure that kind of input-free auto-adjustment wasn't in KSP1... SAS has had auto-point functionality since... since.... wow, I've been playing KSP for a long time
  14. Completely agree. Hating the KSP 1 UI and being an aircraft enthusiast, this navball is nothing short of a blessing! Extremely likely that this is just a shot from a save that has an incomplete tech tree.
  15. There's a difference between pessimism and realism, let's keep that in mind
  16. "Point being a skybox full of stars with a clearly visible galactic band is no more realistic than a pitch black one". Your words not mine. Only one of those is realistic, the other is videogame/movie magic. That's what I wanted to clear up. Really doesn't matter in the end, that's my conclusion.
  17. Right now they disappear if the engine they are tied to is destroyed. KSP 2 is a different game.
  18. Then feel absolutely free to tune out. No one is forcing you to look at things that you find annoying.
  19. Doesn't matter ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ As long as the player remains oriented, the realism doesn't matter
  20. You do whatever you want and sync with a set of players when you're ready to. It works perfectly.
  21. Probably because that is, frankly, a bad solution that introduces problems a million times worse than any "paradox", namely either having to wait for your friends to catch up or not play MP at all. And if you absolutely cannot timewarp because you're busy docking or something...? Again, paradox schmaradox. Dark Multiplayer has had the solution for years and it's not being accepted because some people seem to place non-existent problems above being able to play at your own pace.
