  1. You can add crew capacity to any part, but it will only spawn Kerbals inside if it\'s a pod, otherwise the seats will be empty but you can acces it through the hatch.

  11. Know that error, and I\'m a plugin dev, not part creator. I\'m sure it could be caused by a wrong config file, maybe post .dae and .cfg here so I could check them

  14. I\'ve seen MechJeb turning SAS on and off on almost all my flights, and I\'ve heard from Romfarer that you can even toggle them individually by code.
  15. Multiple colliders are allowed in KSP, take carts, gear and solar panels, they have colliders for wheels and moving parts too.
