    Tampere is a big-on-Finland-standards-but-small-on-the-world city in southern Finland, but also kinda western, but it's not southwest enough to really be considered to be in southwest Finland. Its name, which does not really mean anything, sounds kinda funny even to finns like me. Tampere!
