    A long-overdue update on CERES: Despite it being technically ready, the design had numerous flaws and inefficiencies, plus, since it was built I've downloaded a bunch of mods that would make it easier. The current plan for building CERES II is this: Use Konstruction docking ports to save weight and parts count Use a couple Cherenkov engines from Restock+ rather than Vectors or NERVs clustered together Use Stockalike Station Parts Redux to make a more functional space station, as well as provide a non-buggy centrifuge Implement support for TACLS CERES (The first) has been deorbited. The crew that was on board was rescued, simultaneously testing out a cool STS-inspired MK2 spaceplane.

    There were many issues with the old rules, so I reworked them. Please, PLEASE point out any errors or contradictions so I can fix them.
