  1. While waiting for the forums to come back up, I looked into the Orange Circle, apparently featured on KerbalMaps at (-4.4604, -72.7075). While the circle as described doesn't exist, turns out it sort of does, as the terrain colouring gives a very faint set of circles around the co-ords. Almost certainly a coincidence though. Saturation enhanced - on the top it's just nw of the navball.
  2. My name is after a KSP glitch, and one I'm sure a few people have seen. If the MK1 Command Pod is rolled at 4x time warp, with a MK-16 chute deployed, the chute will jettison at ludicrous speeds, up to an order of magnitude faster than light. This can happen with any part from a craft destroyed in this way, even the pod experiences some recoil
  3. Tilt Unlocker, yes. Tilt 'Em seems to handle terrestrials (they have kerbin on its side on the mod page)
  4. There are a couple of mods to that effect (tilt unlocker and tilt 'em) but they aren't used much. Besides this is more for hypotheticals - there's a lot of stuff suggested here much more outlandish than knocking the planets over.
  5. 1170 parts. Because I thought it would be funny to send a rotorcraft to Jool's 0 level during the Jool V I'm doing. Worst part - I've put more Mammoths on a rocket before. A GT I did on console had 40.
  6. Today I gave everybody at the KSC broken eardrums and several exotic lung conditions as I launched the J6 to Jool. No points for guessing what 'J' stands for.
  7. One handy thing to do is put an inflatable heat shield on the top of the craft. When extended, it will provide heavy drag in the atmo, allowing you to slow down easily. It will need AutoStrut to not tear off tho. Saying that, I'd recommend doing Duna crewed first, or at least a crewed Mun mission. You'll need practice with orbital rendezvous for Eve.
  8. Granted: This happens because the IP is bought by Ubisoft i wish for a rubber ball
  9. I know about that reference, but there's another one Moach is sort of an Iapetus analogue, used to be much more strongly In the novelisation on 2001, the monolith is on Iapetus ergo....
  10. I just realised that Mt. Ebott on Moach could be a double reference
  11. P -11 the end is never the end is never the end is never the end is never the end is never the end is never the end is never the end is never the end is never the end is never the end is never the end is never...
