  1. Well I know one thing for sure, you don't have a lack of craft to post! Bout time you put them all in one place.
  2. HI all, Come join the fun and live chat with us on @ZooNamedGames live twitch stream! He's on Laythe in a sub, heading for the bottom! eek! https://www.twitch.tv/zoonamed @Azimech @katateochi @Mad Rocket Scientist ?
  3. Oh god.. I'm building the Ares V now and it's shaping up to be absolutely huge. Possibly the biggest launch vehicle I have ever built. I hope it will be controllable in flight as you have to launch the damn thing SEVEN times to build the Copernicus and aeroshell landers in orbit.. Any making progress on Ares V? I'm trying to keep the same boosters on it as one that is used on my Ares 1.
  4. That is a mighty impressive accomplishment man! That launcher is extraordinary!
  5. You should build a little cockpit there with a frame for the window so a Kerbal can sit in it!
  6. I bet this thing will fly a treat on Laythe!
  7. Ahem.. This happens a lot on this forum, people mistaking others intentions. We are not arguing are we? I have no interest in an argument man. This is a discussion dude. It helps if you quote me so I know you are replying to me and I get a notification you replied. Just for the sake of ease. so, have you tried the no offset limit mod then dude?
  8. Yeah I understand the concept of a lever dude. Did you try it with them not offset as far because the further you move them from the attached part the less stable they become that's just a fact of the game mechanics. Looking at the design it seems that was your only choice, to offset them quite far, lucky you can do that in a stock editor. Have you tried the no offset limits mod? It's a real part saver on more complex designs.
  9. Huh? But offsetting them further form the connected part decreases the strength of the connection.
  10. Why do you need leverage for the thermometers?
  11. Nice work dude! I am always happy to see my thermo hinges put to good use! Looks like you could have placed the thermos on those Ibeams and not really needed much in the way of offset. Same for the cubic struts.
  12. Well it depends on a few things. What is your ability level? Have you been to Duna before? Have you had experience of powered landings? Do you like sci-fi or a realistic replica type craft? Do you want to actually do something once you get there other than just refueling?
  13. It's been an age since I made a boat so I will wait to see what else you come up with!
  14. This is great!! What kind of range does she have? I propose a race to the island!
  15. After I created my tiny hinge I didn't stop as you say I incorporated it into some great designs and craft. Using it to make impossibly small doors and such. People have used it to make the smallest possible turboprops to. I think Zoo created something new with his turboprop here. @ZooNamedGames how's the progress on this going?
  16. There is no such thing in KSP. The thing you like to repeatedly remind everyone you 'invented' is more like a water wheel.
  17. I just downloaded this and... the offset issue is still there. If I rotate a part a bit and then try to select local offset it gives an incorrect reading. Here is my correct output_log: https://1drv.ms/t/s!Aiprr8BD-R0yggfBsPeTop7d8oT5 Will you please also test it on your end too?
  18. Craft with a lot of farings in 1.2.1 now take an enormous ammount of time to load. A bug report has been submitted and it has been confirms by myself and a few others too. I gave up and quit the game during loading but a more patient player let it load, it took 20 minutes.. This did not occur in earlier versions.
  19. I too look forward to seeing what comes of this creation! Keep working at it man, as you say nothing is impossible!
