  1. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/add-search-bar-firefox-toolbar It's the first thing I did to Firefox after they stupidly "streamlined" the interface to make it "easier" for me.
  2. So the community didn't help a lot before, but maybe they're hoping it will this time because there seem to be a lot of people with a lot of bugs that are making them a lot of angry.
  3. The only car I've ever had that did this had an engine problem. I still have the car - and the engine problem - and am just driving it until it dies.
  4. I don't know the problem but Devis appears to be pregnant. Congratulations. This sounds like a Kraken attack. As it re-occurs I'd guess it's the ship. I don't have the time now to look, but one idea is to remake the ship that's now in space from scratch, put it on the launch pad, alt-f12 it to rendezvous with the bad ship, Eva transfer the crew, and hope that fixes it.
  5. FWIW I take the first 4-5 satellite contracts given for any world, and put relays on each of those satellites. That gives me probably 99% coverage which is just fine so long as you're comfortable doing the occasional burn with the limited control offered by your probe core sans comms.
  6. Doesn't need a right-click in-flight, just in the VAB. Though adding it in either place actually isn't too hard. It's one of the few things I was able to learn my own self Now as far as actually enabling and disabling staging, I don't know. I checked docking ports and they don't have a module that enables toggling staging so I assume it's packed in with ModuleDockingPort or something like that, so it'd be code, which means writing code and ick.
  7. Wow I remember this bug from before 1.0 and thought it was fixed. I'll admit I got in the habit of putting my docking ports inline with COM and never broke it, but still.
  8. I suspect this is the main reason for the definition. "Voyager 2 passes heliopause" isn't nearly as punchy as "Voyager 2 enters interstellar space" Also, Matthew McConaughey and Anne Hathaway didn't make a billion-dollar movie named "Heliopause" so you gotta think of the SEO.
  9. I noticed it on the first run after installing 3.1.1 actually, though I also had 3.1.0's dll. Sadly I'm not getting the warning at all now and have played the game since, so no more log
  10. I doubt there were countless (or any) development meetings over the past 5 years where this was continually brought up and everybody agreed that because it was in the IVA view, it was okay to not put it anywhere else.

    Math

I thought of a way. Look at a digital display in a mirror. So obviously 1+1=5 in a universe where everybody is evil and has goatees.
  12. Top 10? I don't think I could even come up with 10 total. Or one. I don't watch much anime.
  13. I've given this idea a bit of thought and I wonder sometimes is TTI didn't just buy KSP so if it takes off (pun intended), they own it. I woudln't be surprised if a portion of any game company's investments are speculative, and further wouldn't be surprised if this was a case like it. It fits with their total hands-off approach.

I can't tell if this is a joke or not. I can't see how it would be done "legit" though I've said "1+1=3 for large enough values of 1"
  15. In what ways does this improve on or exceed the bounds of the official wiki at wiki.kerbalspaceprogram.com?
  16. See that seems like work. It almost does
  17. If I could prove out 100% ability to play every game I want, then I'd do it. I'm not going to have a computer I can't use for what I got a computer for.
  18. If you can put aside your hatred for people concerned about the environment, it's a fantastic time travel comedy. There, I said it
  19. Back when I was all-Linux-all-the-time (i.e. pre-Win7) I was Mostly Kubuntu with a shade of Mint, transferring slowly to all-Mint. I've not had a Linux box in my house for years. I'm about to set one up, though, as a Plex server.
  20. I didn't know that worked on existing Kerbals. They tricked me with the word "create."
  21. Considering the Death Star Planet or whatever they called it, shot multiple beams that were all visible from a planet that was not a target of it, and then hit multiple other planets, we can assume that not only were all the planets in the same system, they were likely all moons of the same gas giant. Of course, that gas giant would also have to be orbiting two suns and not mind one of them going away, but hey I don't write the stuff.
  22. I did start having wonkiness with Contract Configurator yesterday, though my "just find me something" contract did find Icarus in the Galileo pack. I can see the surface, though, so maybe something's wrong (or just as likely I don't understand what's supposed to happen). I can not see the orbit or parameters so that part seems to still be good. Also Nightingale just updated Contract Configurator so @JPLRepo
  23. I just Liked somewhere near 5 of your posts. And I don't feel bad. I may go through your history and find 20 more.
