  1. huh... I found 1.1.3 to be pretty stable & playable with hundreds of mods.... But yeah, basically I've only stuck to the last minor updates of each major release for play... ie, 0.90, 1.0.5, 1.1.3... Probably wont touch 1.2 till 1.2.3, .4 or .5... But anyways, yeah, I checked, and the last DSEV I have for 1.0.5 is v1.0.6... @Angel-125 ???
  2. Just curious why 1.0.5?... IIRC, 1.0.6 was the last version fro KSP 1.0.5...which I assume you are playing?
  3. Ummm... have you tried the "NEW" Part Tools packed in the Porkjet parts that did not make it into 1.2?
  4. Yup... Unfortunately, this seems to be one of the mods that got hit HARD with major changes in KSP... I was wondering how badly this KerbNet/ComNet thing would hammer mods... This is also why i dont actually PLAY new major KSP updates, till theres two or three minor ones following, when new changes get figured out, and things settle down... So I usually hold back updating KSP for 2~3 months after a major update...
  5. Ummm... OK.... But you DO know that ownership of the mod WAS just handed over a few days ago?... AND that it needed some re-writing because of, 1.2 only being out a week and breaking every mod with a plugin? I think Angel-125 has been made well aware that something new he tried is now causing issues for many other mods... no need for every one to get riled up...
  6. Hmmm... doesnt seem much point to this whole thread beyond the original complaint and the first couple "helpful" responses... Maybe this should be locked now?
  7. As always, Thanx for the update, @cybutek I have a question tho... On my KSP 1.1.3 install, I have a mod that is being flagged as being outdated, and that there is an update available... Now, the mod is the correct, latest version for 1.1.3, but DOES have one update released for 1.2, which is the one AVC is flagging for the update... I've double checked everything, and the packed version file seems correct... So I'm just wondering if its standard for KSP-AVC to flag mods for updates, even though the CURRENTLY installed mod version IS correct for the CURRENTLY installed vers of KSP.... Only becuase theres a newer version of the mod, for a HIGHER version of KSP... ?? Or IS it something with the mods' version file...or at least on the mods' side? And as an example, its the ABCORS mod
  8. @Malah So I installed almost all the QuickMods, and I was cleaning up my GameData, with about 120 mods installed.... Thats a LOT of folders... I know its not a FUNCTIONAL things, and I dont know how much rewriting you would have to do, but would you possibly consider adding an upper folder level to your releases? I mean, such as putting all the QuickMods into ONE folder under GameData? Rather than each adding its OWN folder? After all, you are up to, what, 14 QuickMods? ie /GameData/QuickMods/QuickBrake, /GameData/QuickMods/QuickExit, etc.... Plus, you wouldnt have to do them all at once.... You could just start doing it as you future update each one, till eventually they are ALL that way...??? ANd no rush... IF you were to even consider it...
  9. Well, WBT does, IIRC, all the switchinf that FS/IFS or even B9PartSwitch does... So, yeah, would be work to go thru and switch everything over, but you could most likely REPLACE a dependency, rather than ADD another... Plus, Angel-125 has said once he gets some of his immediate projects off his plate, he's planning on doing proper documentation for WBT... Unlike some of the other "switchers"...
  10. Hmmm... maybe you should look into @Angel-125's WildBlueTools... There has been hot & heavy discussion about it the past few days in TDH... Angel's been in there a lot lately himself... RIGHT now, there is discussion about "science experiments" capabilities/uses for it...
  11. You Da Man!! THANK YOU... this is actually one of the FIRST few mods i REALLY REALLY want on a new KSP install
  12. Because I'm NOT the one who recompiled it.... I'm sure if @xEvilReeperx himself doesnt release an update soon, some enterprising young coder will throw up a working recompile soon enough...
  13. I KNOW, right?!?.... You wouldnt think much of the QuickMods™ just by reading the short descriptions, but once you try them, you'll find these are some of the BEST "quality-of-life" mods for KSP...
  14. See if you can find someone to try a quick recompile... I have this working in 1.2 thanx to a fellow forum member...
  15. Thanx! for the interim re-compile... I look forward to having ALL of your mods updated for 1.2... But as always, take your time...
  16. Yeah... I guess the KSPUtil assembly has been dropped from 1.2... ??? And, yeah, I guess its gonna take more than just a simple recompile... Someone on The Dev Hole Discord group not only tried a recompile, but I guess dug into it good, and it needs a lot of work yeah, hopefully ayan4m1 WILL get it working soon
  17. Sorry, we must have crossed posts, as I didnt see yours... No need to rush... Take your time updating... The ONLY constructive criticism I have, is for future updates, i'd like to see GoTo move to the top of the list to get updated first, is all... HOWEVER, I imagine popularity/download stats, along with your statement that it needs more work than the others, should have more weight on what you decide to update first, than my humble opinion...
  18. Yes... This is the VERY first of the QuickMods™ that I always look for when KSP updates..., and it always seems to be the last one to update?
  19. nope ... slow all around.... Vitas DID say that he lost servers, and needs to get on another... I magine its REALLY slow beacuse of all the uploads/downloads becuase of 1.2
  20. Toadicus, I'll just add a very big THANK YOU, as VOID has been invaluable to me for so long i cant remember when I first started using it... It is without a doubt one of the VERY first mods I install, and MUST have... I've also used QuantumStruts since the original, so thank you for continuing that as long as you have... And Thank You for doing the responsible thing, in not only making an "official" statement that you're done saying "so long...", but also in handing over the reigns... I'm sad to see you go, but you have to do what you have to do... KSP, IS just a game/hobby after all... Best of Luck & Fun to you on whatever follows Take Care \o
  21. Just wanted to say Thanx to all the mod devs who have uploaded pre- & 1.2 versions of their mods to SpaceDock, and have them listed as for 1.1.3 Then NOT saying whether its actually 1.1.3 compatable or not in the notes... Thanx... very helpful...
  22. Need to make sure you have Hullcam (& maybe KURS Docking Camera) support for that... Hmmm... remote camera viewing on an in-orbit "command ship", in IVA, using Hullcam & RPM... ???
