[1.3.0] OPT Space Plane v2.0.1 - updated 29/07/2017
Stone Blue replied to K.Yeon's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
No... It only has drone core for command for it... It was, I guess, meant mainly to be shuttled around on the back of the KH profile... vOv -
[1.9.1+] OPT Legacy 3.1.2 | Reconfig 3.4 [Apr 20, 2021]
Stone Blue replied to JadeOfMaar's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
@Dux Aquila Looking at your log, it seems you have very messed up install... and/or you seem to be using many, many old mods...... you also seem to have lots of errors with mods that should not have those errors... What version of KSP are you playing? I would check all your mods for updates or at least make sure the versions of mods are all compatable with the version of KSP you are running. Are you sure you are using the proper version of B9 PartSwitch and the OPT mods for the version of KSP you are running? Right off the bat, near the beginning of your log, there is an error that you have an empty configuration file. An empty .cfg file will most definately cause the issue you are describing, of crashing during or shortly after loading. It is a file in TweakScale mod. I suggest you delete that file, to start with. Its not important, and doesnt affect anything in the mod. Its this line in the log: [WRN 22:43:07.811] Cannot create config from file 'E:\Kerbal Space Program\GameData\TweakScale\Examples.cfg'. [ERR 22:43:08.657] Error: Empty part config file delete the Examples.cfg file. See if that helps. Regardless, I can almost guarantee none of the OPT mods are your problem. It is also abnormal for a log to be over 48MB... I *can* tell you that Kerbal Health is a major problem for you. it is filling your log with null References and exceptions... That is what is causing solid green in memGraph for you. Also, Klockheed Martian Smart Parts is very old and dead. i suggest removing that mod, too. Hope this info helps. -
Just thought that I would mention, at least for me, FF IIRC, will only do 5 concurrent downloads at a time... ie the first five tabs i open, and click the button, will download concurrently... If I try to download moar, they will all be "paused", until one of the first five finish, then the "save as..." popup will open for the sixth, once a "slot" opens... and so on...

well, the idea of the inflatable, is moar useable/habitable space, above maximum that an LV can launch... vOv
-
Actually, that also begs the question,of where/when they would assemble it, and what they would use as transfer stage(s)... vOv I'm sure the astronauts would appreciate assembly, inflating, and outfitting before transfer... I'm sure it would make for a lees claustrophibic/enjoyable transfer... lol
-
I wonder if the plan would be to inflate in space, outfit the module, *then* land it... or land it, *then* inflate and outfit? I would guess the second.... vOv

I for one prefer MMpatches in seperate files, rather than integrated into the part.cfgs Makes it easier to edit the patches, and/or enable/disable them... also, if the patches are not for dependencies, it keeps log spam to a minimum if the referenced mods are not installed (just disable the one patch file, and warnings/errors wont show in the logs for "Cant find MODULE{}...") This especially triggers my OCD when TweakScale patches are in cfgs, (which TONS of peopple seem to do ), rather than one patchfile... It is so bad, that I had to make my own anti-Tweakscale patchfile to disable all TS modules in my /GameData
-
Nice... Any specific KSP versions this will/will not work with? vOv
-
I think there are at least a couple of other major mod devs that are currently working on exactly this. If i had to *guess*, since JadeOfMaar authored Realistic resources, and his past work making patches/support for WBI (Angel-125's mods) and OPT, among others, I have a feeling any mod that he touched in this way, may likely have support for this exact thing... Dont hold me to it, I dont want to put pressure on Jade, or put *words in his mouth*, but i cant see him and those *other* mod devs, *NOT* looking to support and exploit this new functionality.

[1.3.1 - 1.12.x] Outer Planets Mod [v2.2.11] [31st Aug 2024]
Stone Blue replied to Poodmund's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
It works in 1.7.0 with current version of Kopernicus... It *should* work with 1.7.1, *as soon as Kopernicus gets updated for 1.7.1*... (so right now, probably does *not* work in 1.7.1) -
[1.8.1-1] [PLEASE FORK ME] Kopernicus & KittopiaTech
Stone Blue replied to Thomas P.'s topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Well, they havent hit a proper 3 month mark on the cycle, *yet*... But discussion on that, is out of scope for this thread -
[1.3.1 - 1.12.x] Outer Planets Mod [v2.2.11] [31st Aug 2024]
Stone Blue replied to Poodmund's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Uhm... trust me... They are no slackers, and *ALWAYS* on top of when KSP updates, and are checking Kop compatability within hours, if not *minutes*, of a KSP update releasing... If one were to do a little digging, they would see that ThomasP started work on a 1.7.1 Kop update within an hour of KSP 1.7.1/DLC dropping... Everyone just needs to be patient. It takes time and testing... Squad no longer allows mod devs to get "pre-release/previews" of KSP updates, a week or so before the general public, so mod devs only get access to new updates at the same time as the general public. -
Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems (Orbital ATK) thread

Nope... this is on a fresh, stock 1.7.1 install... Just thought of something, and did a fresh unpackage of 1.7.1... Now it works... The only difference is, i had deleted the Launcher.exe and LauncherData folder... (I always do in a new install) ... so, it seems the broken Launcher is needed vOv ... unless they recently actually fixed it... vOv

Yup... put it there after it would not accept any folder, after the first few attempts... then put it in the folder *above* /KSP_win64, *in* /KSP_win64, even stuck it in /GameData... Still refuses...
