  1. There shouldn't be any gaps. You're either doing something wrong or have a problem with your install. Could you provide a screenshot?
  2. Just letting you know, I got kind of the same dislocation bug, but mine was permanent instead of time warp associated. It happened after going back to the KSC and launching a rocket. Upon arrival, the ATM was a full 180 from where it should be.
  3. I wonder what could be conflicting between KSPCF and the Skylab Truss... Since the Robotics Drift was specifically to fix that specific problem afaik. Have you brought this to the attention of @Gotmachine yet? Also @Zorg, any idea why there'd be a conflict between KSPCF and the Skylab Truss?
  4. Then, yeah, I agree. @Invaderchaos Could we also get a Saturn S-V apadter? The Atlas V Centaur adapter works, yes, but it's too long. We could use a shorter version that blends well with the taper of the S-IV.
  5. Full album: Imgur: The magic of the Internet Edit: Oh yeah, 8 ton payload to 90 degree 100km x 100km orbit. This thing does NOT like heavy payloads, at all! Wonder if I should use a vaccuum J-2 as the sustainer... Oh and this is also on 2.5x scale Based off this I found:
  6. Are you sure it isn't because of the undersized collider? Would KSP physics not see that the collider has a hole in it and allow aero through the petal? I don't know much if anything about KSP modding or how the underlining physics works, but it seems to me like since the collider doesn't meet with the bottom of the Apollo, its telling KSP that it's an "Open" space and to allow wind/drag through.
  7. What you mean a lot of empty space? The short variant leaves a tiny amount of room with the RL-10-A3 and just barely enough room with the A4. Unless you're talking about a shorter one for Centaur Jr./ Baby Centaur.
  8. If you're using mechjeb, switch it to PVG mode at the bottom. Don't use default or stock-a-like gravity turn.
  9. The coat closet could be used to store life support materials in game, like oxygen or something. Huh, so it does have the docking port, but it does also land alone, as the Astronauts leave the shelter before detach.
  10. Is the docking hatch replaced by the inflatable module permanently or is that a modification after landing and taken down before take off? If permanent, I'm guessing this would launch by itself and the Astronauts would meet it on the Moon?
  11. Full album: Imgur: The magic of the Internet Night time launch due to needing the angle to escape the Kerbolar System. Saturn All Stages S-I through S-V was a success. Pioneer 10 is well on its way out of the solar system, leaving Kerbin at a around 14,000 m/s (Relative). It's leaving the Kerbolar System at around 28,000 m/s. Also, anyone know the major differences between Centaur and S-V? I know there was minor changes, but I don't know any of them.
  12. Sneak peek at the next launch. A Saturn made up of all stages. S-I - 5x F-1 S-II - 5x J-2 S-III - 2x J-2 S-IV - 6x RL-10A-3 S-V - 2x RL-10-A3 Edit: Um... somehow S-I didn't make it. Opss. Fixed. For those wondering, S-III is a half size 5m tank with restock applied.
  13. Full album: Imgur: The magic of the Internet After ten launches and three days, I have done it... I have put Skylab on the Mun! Yes! The rocket can make it to the Mun! Yes! It can land on the Mun and be stable enough to stand by itself! Yes! I had a few problems!... but I'm proud of the result. Oh, and yeah, had trouble landing Skylab on the Mun, but thankfully the only damage was the two RL-10 engines. Oh, and this on 2.5x scale! Bonus image: @AlphaMensae Your tower got some air time... seems you put springs inside the legs. And it got major air time, like 50 to 100 meters give or take!
  14. Full album: Imgur: The magic of the Internet Going a little old school for this launch. Delta 2910 launching Nimbus 7 to a 99 ish degree inclination in a 250 km x 250 km orbit.
  15. Full album: Imgur: The magic of the Internet Delta Inspired Saturn, call it Saturn ID. Edit: Oh yeah, for reference this got 7 tons into a 90 degree polar 250km x 250km orbit.
  16. Interesting use case. Do they clear the interstage okay or did you have to clip them into the EOSS part a little?
  17. Full album: Imgur: The magic of the Internet @AlphaMensae So... yeah... sorry about the launch pad, buddy... um... hope you had insurance... I thought I put the SRBs high enough to not cause damage... but I guess the flames extended further than I expected... Anyway... Skylab EOSS everyone!
