I think it's a mix of people forgetting to switch the PVG most of the time or pushing the Saturn IA/B too far, as well as putting too much weight on the Apollo CSM. I can easily make 120 x 120, and that's with Mechjeb doing that over shooting periapsis burn thing. (2.5x Scale) IIRC, no one on the BDB team has interest in doing the Voyagers, ATM at least. Probes plus has a good looking Voyager though.

@CobaltWolf Would you be willing to do the Apollo Block I umbilical? The one where it was in the front and was more of a break-away connector instead of a rotate out of the way connector? I found a few good images of the CM side connector here: Apollo 6 - Imgur Though, this is the only SM side connector photo I could find: ap6-68-HC-201HR.jpg (1200×1772) (nasa.gov) I found a picture of a model someone made too, though don't know how accurate it is: DSCF6732.JPG (800×600) (ipms-farnborough.co.uk) Also, could we get white RCS blocks, white Docking Floodlight and white EVA light? The grays kind of clash with the all-white Apollo CSM . I also have a balancing query. Shouldn't the 200 series APS pod for the S-IVB be lighter than the 500 series APS pod? The 200 APS has 1 less RCS engine, and is a little smaller than the 500 APS Same with the Saturn V interstage, shouldn't the shorter version be lighter and the longer version heavier? TBH, I wasn't watching the docking, was off doing something else. Mechjeb handled the docking. I saw it when I came back and panicked a little before realizing it was docked, so the panic when out the door quite quickly.

I missed that one when I was just skimming through the forums. Did a more thorough search and found only 3 other threads with a 1000 or 1000+: "Ban the user above you!" - Forum games - 1126 pages currently "What did you do in KSP today?" - KSP Discussions - 2397 pages currently! (Dang!) "SpaceX Discussion Thread" - Science & Spaceflight - 1446 pages currently So yeah, there's a few, but definitely a rare thing to behold indeed. I also might have missed 1 again. Tantares will be next I feel, sitting at 851 pages, currently, but with the new update coming, it will get up in pages again. But BDB being a mod and reaching 1000 pages is something special imo.

Probably not. The 1.11.0 Saturn Apollo update has no release date. Cobalt, Zorg, JSO and Invader are working on the 1.11 update, but IRL takes precedent. I don't expect the 1.11 update for a few months, possibly more, way more. The Saturn Apollo update is one of the most complex, if not the most complex, updates that the BDB team has ever done. What you're probably talking about is the April Fools update, which is a fake update, just a changelog, no actual parts or anything.

Full Album: Imgur: The magic of the Internet So, I grossly miss underestimated the power needed to get Unity to Zarya... the Saturn MB M43 booster didn't burnout until around 50Km ish I think, and the AP was almost to 200KM already. And of course, a teaser: if you're wondering why I have such a large fairing for such a small payload... the dish clips through the standard diameter fairings... "Just use procedural fairings or use the stock fairing one." No, I want SAF!
