  1. @Davian Lin wonderful mod! I don't suppose you could do a version of this mod with only 4k textures of the following? 4k & 8k clouds textures for Eve, Kerbin, Duna, Jool and Laythe. 5k lightnings for Eve, Kerbin, Jool and Laythe. 8k auroras for Kerbin, Laythe and Jool. I feel like that would help frame rates quite a bit? scatterer What exactly would we change as I have this request as well. Or are you suggesting we remove it? Thanks!

  3. I'm a little confused on just how exactly this works. Once I install it, do I need to do anything after it examines how often garbage collection is happening? Or later does it do it automatically or do I need to make changed based on what the graph shows?
  4. I found all these mini biomes at the Research and Development part of the Kebral spaceport. I've driven there with my science stuff and I'm not getting any specific new R&D from those mini biomes (that complex is fully upgraded).   5. Does that have enough fuel to hop around in different places of the moon in one trip?
  6. Will this create the most efficient burn to take me to another body like from Kerbin to Minmus?
  7. Cool idea! So when you have weak or strong relay. Are you putting on more dishes, or better dishes for the strong relay? Someone mentioned putting 6 comm dishes on one satellite and I wasn't sure if that multiplied their power?
  8. Are these designs still valid? I'm trying to build your bottom one and the stats just don't work out. I can't get into orbit, get to Mun, Land, take off and get back with that little bit of engine. I do have a bit more weight up top and I'm not leaving the science jr. at home because I need to recover all the science. But even if I switch to 4 SRB's it's not enough.

  10. A few questions. Are you sending up a pilot or a scientist to control that? I don't see a comm device on it. Which one are you using? Also, do you have a relay satellite over the Mun?
  11. I have no idea how far some of these antennas and communication relays will project. For instance, I want to send data from the Mun, but I don't know what device to send there. How do I work that out? Thanks!
  12. What communication device is strong enough to transmit from the surface of the Mun? And can I do it if I haven't put any other communication satellites intro orbit? Thank you. I needed that clarification!
  13. This is the chart I'm referencing. It is beautiful but I don't understand how it works. Where does it tell me how much delta V I need to get into Kerbin orbit, and then how much to go from there to Mun, and then to capture Mun orbit, and then back to Kerbin etc?
  14. I have 3 choices for my maneuver node. I want to go from a Kerbin orbit to a Mun orbit. You can see all 3 options in the screenshot. #1 - Grab the moon coming around the opposite side. #2 - Coming in very, very tight. #3 - Coming in wider and easier. Which will use the least amount of fuel? And then later which might let me land on the Mun easier and/or with less fuel used? Thanks!

  16. Ahhh OK. I thought you were saying it was incompatible period, not just for the latest version of 1.72. Sop the installation is a bit vague for the Interstellar Consortium. Do I do the "clone or download" option, then when I open the zip find the gamedata directory and drop whatever is in that into my own game... then I'm good to go?
  17. Is this mod supposed to show options for Intercepting the Mun, Minmus, and the Sun? I'm not seeing them as options when I try to plan a take-off from Kerbin.
