Red Iron Crown
So, if I have no "Latest Infractions Received" part, I've never gotten an infraction?Correct. You would see an "Infractions" tab when viewing your profile and a "Latest Infractions Received" section on your settings page if you had ever received one. Dman979
- - - Updated - - -If I post something and then delete it, does it count towards my post count?
Red Iron Crown
No, deleted posts do not go toward post count.
Endersmens
Why doesn't the infractions tab go away if you've only received a warning? It didn't add any infraction points. And I hate seeing that tab on my profile.
Red Iron Crown
A warning/notice is an infraction with no points, as the system sees it. Nothing to be done, I'm afraid.
Sampa
Hey, i understand the ruls against politics in the forum. What if we are using historical politics as a reference for a,point we are trying to make? Can that still be,considered legal? If i am miss akn, please correct me! fred31354
Why are my posts invisible?
TheMoonRover
Why are my posts invisible?I'm not a mod but the first few posts you make have to be verified by a moderator before they appear. The description under your name will say "Curious George" while this is true. I think it lasts until three have been verified.EDIT: Which begs the question why did the mod who verified your post not also answer it? Red Iron Crown
Sorry Sampa, missed your post. I would say that it is better to avoid politics altogether if possible. Sure, it might be history, but people argue just as easily about historical politics as current ones, and much about historical politics is still relevant today for that matter. Sampa
Ok, and obviously, whatever politics we,bring up in private chats is,our business, right?
Red Iron Crown
It is until a private message is reported, then the normal community rules apply. Use your judgement.

Sampa
Ok, question, are you guys able to add spaces into an existing thread between two existing posts with the name ownership of a given person? Asking because i need another post space under the op of ssp to post dev updates but people posted faster than i could add the space.
Red Iron Crown
Most unlikely that that is possible. Besides, you don't need to double post, just put what you need in the OP. If you want to be able to link to that section use the Goto tags.
Sampa
Ok, thanks. I'm just starting to,feel that the op is getting too,crowded...so thought i'd ask.
goldenpeach
If it help remember you can use spoilers: it will hide whatever you put in it, compress it into a single line showing it's a spoiler(and showing the name you gave to that spoiler). You can use them to compress the less important parts: if someone want to see what is in the spoiler, he just have to click on it. hmmm... actually, yes. It IS the spoiler you are looking for!
Sampa
Ok! That is just , right?
Mister Dilsby
Ok! That is just , right?A common mistake, one I made many times. You have to do {SPOILER="whatever text you want to display"} instead of {spoiler} as an opening tag.

Mad Rocket Scientist
Ok, thanks. I'm just starting to,feel that the op is getting too,crowded...so thought i'd ask.Take a look at the AMRSD page, it has a lot of stuff on it, including a bunch of images, but because I've spoilered everything... FishInferno
I have a question. When someone reports another user, can you mods see who reported them? For example if I reported sal_vager (not that I would have any reason to:wink:), would you be able to see that I was the one to report it?
Red Iron Crown
Yes. Each time a post is reported, a thread is created in an area of the moderator's subforum with the reporter as OP. Any repeat reports of that same post are added as replies from those reporters to the same thread. When a moderator handles a reported post, they typically post what they have done in the report thread and lock it.For obvious reasons the poster who had their post reported doesn't know that their post has been reported or who reported it.
